Why does this KFC location give you such tiny nugget sized portions EVERY TIME? Seriously, there's something about the downtown location that always leaves me hungry and short changed.Are they embezzling the chicken?Do yourself a favour and go to the Willow road location.

My husband and I both got the extra crispy 3 PC dinners/combo. When we got home, we didn't have our coleslaw and the fries were cold and tasted like they had been recooked.

I didn't even get my order. I asked where my order was and the lady on the phone told me it was my fault for not making sure that the recipient on the other end of the phone didn't get my address properly. Very unprofessional to blame a customer for the incompetence of a worker.

I went in on July 10th for the sandwich of the day I ordered 2 of them and also ordered a side gravey man was I disappointed the sandwich had barely any mayo the lettuce tasted old the chicken tasted like it sat for awhile and I was given no gravey and a drink cup worst experience I have had at a kfc also the guy at the till seamed hard of hearing and very down like he hated his job. I would phone and complain but last time this happend at this store about a year ago nothing was done

Chicken was undercooked. Best part of the meal was gravy. Fries were soggy and where was the famous coleslaw that used to be inclusive with the meal. Raise the prices AND remove the traditional contents of the meal. I have tried to bring back the memories of KFC but have come to the conclusion that it will never compare to the days of old.
