Terrible customer service. Don't try using a coupon as they cannot read at this location. I can't speak to the food as I never got what I was asking for.The two lineups seem to confuse both the staff and the customers.Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I would give 0 if I can. You can tell the chicken was not fresh at all from the dark brown color at this location. Obviously they just refried the leftover again and again. The chicken tasted so dry, and you need to drink lots of water to finish a small piece.

HORRIBLE location, hands down! Every time we've gone there, they've either gotten our orders wrong, or have been told they don't carry a certain item even though it's clearly advertised on their menu screens. The employees at this location are absolutely CLUELESS. Last night i ordered their "Festive Big Crunch Box Meal". On the screen in front of me, the cashier punched it in as a regular big crunch meal. I asked her no less than 3 times to confirm that i was indeed getting the festive dinner, to which she replied "Yes.". Of course..... It wasn't. There have been way too many screw-ups and missteps at this location. They NEVER get it right, and we have sworn to NEVER give them our business again. They're a complete and utter joke! I'd give zero stars if i could.

Went to get popcorn chicken for my son. They closed everything 15 minutes early. Meanwhile everything else in the food court was open since they're suppose to be open until 5 on Sundays and not 4:45.

Several times visiting this location and more often than not, I've been told that they don't have any chicken....at a KFC...?♂️ Either the employees don't care or this place is the most mismanaged fast food restaurant I've ever been too. Hope corporate whips these guys into shape, or closes them down permanently.

Unfortunately I am unable to leave 0 stars for this location. What an embarrassment to the KFC name, so disappointing.Not only was the bun burnt (I have photos), I also paid an extra $2.50 for cheese and bacon, neither was on the sandwhich. The macaroni salad tasted sour, both my husband and I discarded it.I tried calling the location to make a complaint and not one employee picked up the phone. I called for OVER 45 min during open business hours and nobody would answer. I am surprised this location is still open. We will never order from nor visit this location again.My advice...STAY AWAY!! Go to a differnt KFC location

I have never had dryer, more disgusting and stale chicken in my life. EVER! The pieces in my 4 meal combo were cut in half and the quality was 0/10. I also ordered Taco Bell which was no better in quality. Also, make sure you check them out taking our ga RV age through the window to the kitchen, touching their beards, cash, supplies without any sanitizer, gloves or sink in sight. Be VERY careful here. I will be contacting head office.
I didn't go to KFC, I went for Taco bell.There was a line up when arrived,but it moved fairly quickly. However, it took 20 minutes to get the 2 items I ordered. Everyone that ordered before me and after also took 20 minutes to receive their orders.

This place is a sham . KFC NEEDS TO SHUT IT DOWN.. terrible food over priced..no drink refills...go to any other KFC IN Guelph and you will be better served...AT A BETTER PRICE .SHAME ON YOU ..!!?

They are cutting the chicken thigh in two and selling each part as a whole piece of chicken. that's not fair. Today I went to buy two pieces and they gave me a drum and the small half piece of the thigh. it is a disappointment.

The short girl with the glasses is on some kind of substance ! I watched her get every food order wrong for 5 food orders in front of me including my order. My order was easy...beyond burger combo ...no sauces on the burger!!! And her eyes were very red and she could not focus on something for more than a second before rolling eyes looking at something else. So sad to see what drugs have done to our youth.

Was looking for Vegan options in the mall food court and found that this KFC fries the plant based patty in a separate cooker than the ones the chickens are fried.The sandwich comes with a bit of sorry looking lettuce and a vegan creamy sauce. The sandwich has an amazing crunch and in places is quite thick giving a nice bite to it.Wish the Plant Based Popcorn Chikn is back or there are some other better options available as well.
