Good bubble tea but their sign fell off the building and is just sitting in front of the store. Very much a safety hazard as there is chunks of sign all over the floor and exposed wires. A little scary walking into the store.

Very cute decor, and many unique topping and flavour combinations.The website/doordash currently only offers large size drinks, but in store or over the phone you can get a smaller size.They have two "popping boba" options if you're worried about toddlers with larger pearls and they're my personal favorite now, too.

The interior of this place is very welcoming, nicely decorated. The drinks are exceptional. There is a lady that works there (don't know her name) who is very friendly and helpful. My favorite drink is the taro sago with pearl. This bubble tea place beats all other bubble tea place in terms of flavor, customer service and I dont feel bloated after consuming their drinks. The waffles are another product to be mentioned. It is so fluffy, crispy and delicious. Pricing is also good for the product quality and quantity. My favorite are the matcha and chocolate flavor waffles. I will definitely visit often since my work is nearby and they have exceptional bubble tea and waffles.

My wife and I are big fans of bubble tea and after some issues in quality with the last place we used to get from we switched to Kung Fu Bubble Tea and we've been sticking with them ever since! I've tried several different bubble teas (oreo, black warrior, pearl milk latte) from here, all of them great! Very tasty and well prepared.

The place is absolutely stunning, the decor is immaculate. The stuff my husband and I got was absolutely delicious (my husband had a taro milk tea with pudding and I had the cranberry ice tea with agar jelly). I will say though that the service left a lot to be desired. The two girls there didn't even stop talking to come ask if we needed help, and the one who took our order was extremely rude and dismissive. I've worked food service and retail, I get it, but treating customers like they are a burden and like they're ruining your day just by being there is a bit much.

This is the best Kungfu tea. The owner is super professional and nice.
They don't have Longan Tea but they do have a couple of new tea's. I come for the tea's, not milkshakes. Egg waffle is bigger than what you get at Onezo Tapioca and Gongcha.

It used to be my fav Taiwanese bbt place. I found that your tea is kinda watery and the honey you add to the drinks is almost tasteless these days, especially the milk tea series. I hope you work on the original recipe to keep the good quality for customers. I’d like to come back again.—————-Thanks for getting back to me. I’m glad I went back again and definitely noticed the quality and the flavor is back to perfection.

I went here with my friend about a month ago and i ended up getting the “Strawberry yogurt slush” and when we received our order and went back to our car I was about halfway done when I noticed the sharp part of a blenders blade at the bottom and went back to get a new drink. I’m not sure what went wrong during the making of that drink but I could’ve been seriously hurt.

They are kind and made my drink the way i wanted. I ordered Lychee ice tea with lychee popping boba. They are just a little slow in service which can easily be improved. Everything else was great! They use honey instead of sugar - thats always a plus!
