The visit was great and I was glad we went to the afternoon seating as the food was filling. All the courses were tasty and presented very nice. I enjoyed the table shows before each course. The only thought, the reduction used on the chicken dish tasted the same as the one used on my steak. I would have preferred a different flavour for each. We enjoyed the experience and would recommend. Our dinner was a gift from our daughter. I must admit when I first walked in from the street the front seating had me a little worried, but behind the curtain was lovely.

Very entertaining, very different, very pricey. A place to go to once, just for the experience.

Im giving a three star. Parking situation sucked. We went to the 815pm showing. We were stuck waiting for one person at another table to start. The kids were starving we asked for bread. No bread.I alsdd for some wine they took my kids wine glasses away so it couldnt be shared. Would have been nice to have my salt and pepper at the table. The food was ok but i felt the over pricing was more based on the expirience. Then to see the tip on the bill already ok. But then when they hand me the bill they say if you want to add more than that your more than welcome. I thought that was a little extreme. Well like once youve been to vagas youve been to vagas type of night.

A gimmick masquerading as fine dining at fine dining prices. The videos were cute. The food was decent but lukewarm across the board. Cocktails were good. The atmosphere was OK, and could have been more refined given the price. Overall a firm 3 stars; I don't need to go back.

Food was incredible, watching the petite chef prepare your food was so much fun to watch for all ages. Cute little place, clean, friendly staff, very comfortable. Only thing I was a little disappointed was that coffee and tea were not part of the dessert and you had to pay extra. The charge was a lot for a small cup of coffee. Overall, highly recommend

We Went for my birthday with some friends. The evening was great. No complaints .The experience of the ambiance they created was astounding. It’s a must try at lease once. I think once you’ve been there, that’s all you’ll need. Each story shown before the meal was quite cute. The meals were beautifully presented.Every meal had its own unique flavour and story. The four course meal is planned out. Therefore there’s no menu. The whole room sees the same show and eat the same meal. They did serve a piece of birthday cake only to the birthday person. We definitely had a fun night , giving us a different atmospheric experience.Give it a try at lease it’s a one time event.

Show and concept is really neat and kids would like it. Unfortunately all of our steaks were cold and for the price/what you get I wouldn’t go

My boyfriend surprised me with this restaurant and i was so pleasantly surprised! All the food was delicious, and the show made the entire experience so much more fun. They also gave ample time to eat at your own pace and talk before starting the next dish. Definitely recommend this restaurant!

Amazing experience. Staff were great, the "show" was fun, and the food was amazing. It is a five course meal so come hungry.

When we booked the website never said anything about not being wheelchair accessible. We drove from out of town for this experience and had no idea the restaurant was not accessible. When we got there they didn't have any ramps or any way to getting the people in wheelchairs into the restaurant. None of the staff offered any solutions or offered to assist us with anything. We managed to get the people who use wheelchairs in with some difficulty. After the meal two people from the kitchen came and helped us which we appreciated a lot. The show was fun and the food was pretty good.Do not recommend for anyone who has a difficult time doing stairs or in a wheelchair. Even the washrooms were down a steep set of stairs. It does say on the FAQ that it isn't wheelchair accessible now, but when we booked a couple months ago it didn't say that.

Great experience, but noted by the people at our neighboring table that it's not very accessible for wheelchairs. If they needed the restroom that's not happening.Wheelchair accessibility: There is no wheelchair access

Maybe as a novelty. It's cute for sure, but there are several problems conceptually.Place reeks of cigaretteYou get a caprese ($12), seafood bisque ($14), chicken supreme ($24), filet ($28), creme Brule ($8). No matter which way you spin it is absurdly expensive. You will pay $350+ each, you can go to a fine dining restaurant for that budget for a better product. The food product doesn't stand alone. There is waaaay, and I mean, waaaay too much food. The waitress said nobody ever finishes it. Why so much food? Why can you make it smaller like a tasting menu and lower the price for the novelty. You also eat all night with the same melody on repeat. A French circus kind of beat that doesnt stop, for all two hours.Overall cute, but no way in going again. If you have the comfort available to you, I recommend going with kids. But overall I feel a little duped.

We absolutely loved this experience both my husband and I. I gave a 4 star for a few reasons.1) we were not aware that we had to sit at a table with another couple. Was a bit awkward but luckily we got to sit with another amazing couple so it made it an interesting experience for sure.2) It cost us $390 for 2 people. Gratuity was expected and was 18% which I thought was a bit excessive but I guess I haven't been to a fancy restaurant in a long period of time so I would assume thats a normal percentage. I was a bit shocked when our waiter had mentioned that if we liked we could leave her a tip on the machine even though I had no choice but to pay 18%. Felt bad not leaving her an additional tip but I mean thats what the gratuity was for.Overall it was an awesome experience. Would I go again? No. But this is an experience you really can enjoy once as its one set menu with no options and same performance.

Our family outing to the restaurant, including two glasses of wine, amounted to a total of $570, which also covered our two children. The quality of the meals was average and the restaurant smells cigarette smoke, disgusting. The animation was a hit with the kids, but it's debatable whether this and the overall experience justified the high cost. It's important to note that a mandatory 18% gratuity is included in this price, totally non sense. Personally, I left feeling somewhat deceived by the experience and have resolved not to return and wouldn't recommend to others.
