Gangster rap to set the dinner mood, bathrooms that have not been cleaned in quite sometime, mediocre food, and a server that spent most of his time scrolling through his phone. Save your time and money, eat at any one of the many decent restaurants in downtown, not here!

This place had the most horrible food with overly priced menu. We were 4 and ordered the Sheesha and nachos and a pizza all 3 things were so below average. The Sheesha didn’t have the right amount of flavour profile. The nachos were undercooked and flavourless. The pizza dough was still raw. The staff was clueless. Highly disappointed and ended up paying almost 100 dollars which still pinch me for the kind of food I ate that day. Still haunts my stomach

I ordered three Nashville chicken burgers and it was terrible. The chicken was absolutely bland and not spicy or flavourful at all. Not only this but in one of the burgers the the chicken was RAW and the buns were burnt. Very very dissapointed especially since it was so expensive as

Level Resto Lounge. Phenomenal food, atmosphere, and overall experience! I had the Chicken Shawarma platter with a side Caesar Salad. Chicken was super fresh, juicy, and had tons of flavour. Rice was cooked to perfection and was presented very nicely. The caesar salad tasted great as well. I loved the whole meal! If you’re looking for a place that has quality ingredients, incredible taste, and great staff…Level Resto Lounge is the spot for you. I highly recommend this place and will be back! Thanks for the awesome experience, cheers!

One of the best lounges I have been too! The shisha was very smooth and very well made. The customer service was very friendly and attentive as soon as I walked in with smiles and greetings. Would highly recommend this place to friends and anyone that comes to Guelph. It’s in a perfect location as well close by everything downtown and is a perfect place to relax and vibe out. Usually lounges also don’t have comfortable seats and they had really Comfortable booths! Big plus!

The chicken fettuccine Alfredo is amazing! I’ve never tried level lounge before but I definitely will order again. The staff are very helpful and friendly which is always a bonus
