We got it on Uber and it was so good. Still light, fluffy, and a little crisp. The sauce and toppings were so good! We got biscoff, choco-loco, choco-bueno, and Oreo. I loved the biscoff and choco-bueno. It’s also not overly sweet.

Edit: The service and quality has gone down even lower and the owner had the guts to dispute everything I said. Don't listen to your customers and I swear your days will be numbered in that location. Very short self life. i was once served over the shelf life and it was not good at all. They need consistensy when serving their shakes. It's like you're at the mercy of the one serving you. When they are having a bad day - you're getting an attitude and quality of the drink suffers - one time it was very runny, one time it was less than full. Finally stopped going to this location. Only get it from Mississauga where they always serve fresh since they have a lot of customers.

Came here recently to order a 30 box after I found out about this place from being with my girlfriend in Quebec.The environment was very clean and friendly, staff were easy to take my order and friendly as well. My order took a bit to wait for but I guess that's okay.The only thing I noticed is when I was in Quebec and ordered extra icing they didn't put it in a cup like they did here, instead they put it on the puffs. The only other thing is the taste was very different from the Quebec stores as well.Other than that it was great.

If you were to look up ‘indulgent’ in the dictionary it would contain a picture of these puffs. A little crunch on the outside that leads you into the soft, bouncy centre. It doesn’t get better than that.

I go here for our late night treats every so often, employees are always friendly and make great puffs! I would post a picture of the puffs we got, but they're gone because they're so good!Parking: Usually not super busy for parking!Kid-friendliness: So many good flavors that my kids love! Plus lots of areas to sit if we wanted to eat in the restaurant.

Friendly staff, and great food. However, they don’t tell anyone about the rewards card. I didn’t know it existed until I went to the Waterloo location. I missed out on 6 stamps. I went there yesterday and they didn’t ask if I had one, I just said I have a card. I also noticed they didn’t ask any other customers that came after me if they had a rewards card or want one.
