Ordered delivery, they didn’t follow the special instructions I left on how to get to me. I ordered a cheese pizza and it wasn’t cooked fully it was gummy and gross not to mention expensive.

Since for some reason the reviews here are from when it was different pizza places I would like to clarify that I am reviewing New Orleans pizza. When I first tried them I left a five star review but they've gone downhill. From my almost empty $15 panzerotti to my salad last night that the girl working had no idea how to make so she had to call her boss which then took an additional 20 minutes to mix lettuce and chicken together. My salad finally made it home and as I dumped the croutons on, a horrible smell filled my living room. I checked the packages and they were all expired for a year!!! My husband basically got an "oops" and was told that we wouldn't get another salad as all of their croutons were expired! I'm not making this up! Expired November 6 2022. My order was October 23rd 2023

Decided to stop in for a quick slice and was impressed with a selection of several varieties, had a slice of Hawaiian and Canadian, the crust was light and fluffy with a good ammount of toppings and cheese. This instantly became one of my top pizza spots!

I posted a review for Vitos pizza the former pizza place at this location. Vitos was a great place, not sure how New Orleans pizza are able to just hijack the reviews from Vitos when they have different owners and staff. Very very sketchy as this new place automatically got high reviews just for having the same location.Owners response below is not the case, I have never eaten or reviewed New Orleans Pizza but my previous review for Vitos was "reassigned" to New Orleans Pizza.

I have lived across the street from this particular New Orleans pizza. I did not know they were there. Because I always saw it not lit up. If they had a big sign lit up saying New Orleans pizza. I would think they got more business. I went in shock to find it was open lol, ordered wings they were amazing by the way, clean, friendly. Loved it , will be back now that I know it’s open ?

My kids devoured multiple slices of pizzas from this location and they generally are not big pizza eaters. Nav is very friendly and made stellar pizzas on back to back orders (ordered two days in a row since they were so good)

Edit: Nav, the manager there, made it right! The following Friday he personally delivered the pizza right to my door. The pizza is hot and delicious. Thank you for the great second experience, we will be back for sure!!Terrible experience. Placed an order and waited the 20 mins outside in the car with my child. Went in to get the pizza and they hadn’t even looked at the order slip. Lost my time and my business. Twice the Deal down the street was able to make my pizza in the promised time!

Beelined it here after work as soon as I heard we got another NO after 15 years since the one on Eramosa closed its doors. Same great taste, nice hard working staff. Defo will be a regular!
