Extremely over priced. $14.99 for a souvlaki pita which seems pretty standard until you get to the toppings counter and realize half of the toppings are “extras” including cucumbers, any sort of cheese, olives etc. Had I known ahead of time that standard toppings on a pita were going to be extra bringing me closer to $20 for a pita, I would have just stuck to Pita pit which by the way is much better, tastier, more cost effective and doesn’t fall all over your lap.

I have always loved Pita Land. One of the absolute best places to get chicken shawarma. The taziki is amazing, and the chicken is tender and well flavored.I've been enjoying this franchise for years, a lot of their items have become paid, cheese, to bully, even regular items like black olives and asking for extra sauce, although that is disappointing, the food is still amazing and at this location specifically, very friendly staff, always a pleasure to come in!

I went for lunch on a Monday afternoon at around 3 PM, when i went in the shop, there was no one, and the staff came to service after quite some time, I’m originally from Dubai and an avid shawarma lover, i was eager to try out their chicken shawarma since my friend had suggested that in their Toronto branches, their shawarmas are really similar to the ones back home and taste very authentic.But i was heavily disappointed when the staff (Akash) seemed quite unaware of what a shawarma was to start with, i ordered a Chicken Shawarma Plate and there was no chicken on the döner machine that was a red flag and i should’ve left the shop immediately, he took chicken out of a dish and tossed it on a griddle and started heating it (i didn’t know if i was getting a sub sandwich or a shawarma at this point)When i got the shawarma, there was no balance in flavor, the garlic sauce tasted off, rubbery chicken and the fries was cold to touch, since he gave me old fries from a dish and did not fry them fresh for me.I was really disappointed, a waste of 17 dollars, never coming back to this place again, please train your staff to be more proactive and communicative, because he couldn’t actually understand half the thing i was saying.Food and service both needs fixing, Horrendous.

The food is really good and the staff who works at night is always really nice. Also the shop is clean and modern. The credit card machine doesn't ask for tips which keeps me a loyal customer!
