Do yourself a favour head to the Woodlawn location which is family owned and operated.This Mcdonell street primarily is staffed by international students who have poor communications and preparation skills. Not worth the hassle.

Was there on the random day and ordered rice bowl and pita, they are excellent, taste was so delicious and one think I would like to mention is their service they took care that they added everything i want in the rice bowl so both their service and food were up to the mark, and atmosphere was always extraordinary as it is in downtown.

This is one of the sadly worse locations in Guelph, 20 minutes to closing time and my wife called about a transaction question as there site stopped taking payments early, and the employee answered her but while still talking to him then he proceeded to hang up.But aside from that is our last resort and now not at all for ordering even through skip the dish as the last time we ordered it was wrong also, and food quality was less then pleasing.Hopefully if you order or go it's a better experience than ours to this day.

Its 3rd August and time between 8-9pm.Overall experience was too bad. I ordered a rice bowl. It was not with freshly saute vegetables, no enough rice portion and falafel added to bowl was also not fresh. Service was very poor. Had to remind them to add sauces and vegetables correctly.Completely waste of time, money and energy.
We ordered a South West Wrap. It was awesome. Kind friendly service with a smile. We sat outside on the patio, split the order in half because all we wanted was a snack as it was close to dinner time.

I had left a review earlier this week detailing a not-so-good experience I had at the Silver Creek Pita Pit location in Guelph. I am now writing in response to that negative review to say what an outstanding experience I had tonight ordering from the same location. Immediately following my negative review I had left, the manager of this Pita Pit location was in contact with me and was very understanding and apologetic regarding the experience I had had on Monday night. He was also very eager to make up for the bad experience I had by offering me a complimentary meal and personally delivering it to my house. The pita and fruit smoothie I had tasted fresh and delicious and Bhavesh (manager) was very kind and seemed to really care about having loyal, returning customers that they could continue to take care of. He informed me he had just started at this location and was managing a new team of employees;I have no doubt they will be an efficient and well oiled machine as their boss seems to very genuinely care about running a business that puts the satisfaction of their customers first. Thanks again to all at Pita Pit on Silvercreek for such a great meal, I will be back again very soon!

This is one of my favourite PitaPit’s to visit. The customer service is excellent - they always greet me with a smile and quick service. The quality of food and options are great as well. Most definitely the best place for a healthy yummy bite to eat and to quench your falafel cravings!
