The sandwiches here are excellent, and I want to thank chef Suckdeep for making the Ghosted wings less spicy for me. I would definitely suggest this place.

Worse location ever..Took over half an hour to order 5 pcs combo.Aug 19 at 2022. At around 11:50I had to come back and rate it again!!!Today is Nov 9, 6:00 pm, four weeks later still no ice machine and they don’t offer alternatives. Fries are stale and cold. we ordered 3 pcs combos, the chicken strips were also cold and so small! It looks like 1pc divided into 3 pcs. The one guy was so rude and so unfriendly! If there’s 0 star I will give..

I just witnessed the lady dipping tenders in batter then proceed to grab chicken for an order with tongs but grabbed it off the tongs with said used glove to put it in the box… and gave that to a customer. Thankfully I watched her do my order but if I get salmonella I know where I got it.

I ordered a family meal (12 pcs) with sides from Popeyes on Woodlawn in Guelph. Came home and found that the cole slaw smells SO BAD, tasted it and found that it was entirely rotten! So I called the branch and talked to the branch manager who was SO BAD to me over the phone, and said our Cole slaw isn't perished, bring it back to the brach but we can't change it for you!!! So I took it to him back just to show how bad and smelly it is!!! He refused to change, even denied that it was rotten and smelly, he goes, "call the headquarter of Popeyes and complain." I threw the Cole slaw in the garage in front of him and told, "you can't sell these rotten things to people, imagine if one of the kids has had them without noticing it is smelly". He literally shrugged his shoulder and didn't care at all! Very bad experience at this branch (although it was perfect previously). Would never go to Woodlawn branch again!

Didn't even get to eat - we walked in last night around 7:00pm and the restaurant was full of people sitting waiting for their food. I felt bad for the staff that were clearly overwhelmed. We went to Church's Chicken down the road instead and it was great.

The chicken pieces were ok; not too greasy. Unfortunately the tenders were most probably fried in the same oil used to fry shrimps. The taste made me feel sick. Purchased on 7/25

I ordered the popcorn shrimp combo, I'm extremely shocked that 95% of my "shrimp" was actually breaded shrimp tails! I was lucky to get 2 or 3 pieces of ACTUAL shrimp! So disappointing. I won't be ordering from this location again that's for sure.

I usually had decent service eating here. However; today we came at around 9:30. To which we were told we could only get chicken sandwiches. I got one but my girlfriend doesn’t like their sandwich so she didn’t get anything. Not even 10 minutes go by and a man comes in and orders 5 chicken tenders. The staff looked at each other for a few seconds and then they granted it, they made new tenders for him and I feel like I was denied service since we would have ordered another 3 tenders.

I love popeyes food. I wish so badly that we had a good popeyes in Guelph. Unfortunately, this place is beyond terrible.It's very dirty and gross inside. It hasn't been properly cleaned since it opened.The staff is going crazy trying to manage this place. They seem like nice people, but they are in over their heads.I have had to wait over 20 minutes before for an order of chicken tenders. Last time I went in here, I stood at the counter for about 3-5 minutes. Multiple employees looked at me, but they were way too busy to come to the register to take my order. No one said hello, no one said they would be with me soon. They just dodged eye contact and tried as hard as they could to fulfill orders that they already had. Eventually I just walked out. I have had to walk out of this place twice because no one would serve me.The food quality definitely suffers from how disorganized they are. I have gotten really old chicken that is tough, I have received spicy when I ordered mild, I have brought home orders that were missing half of the items.My friend in Toronto tells me how much he loves popeyes and I'm so jealous they they have well run popeyes in other places. The ones in Guelph are among the worst restaurants that I have ever visited, I really wish someone new would takeover managing this place.

We were there yesterday , me and my friend ordered 3 pcs tender combo and 1 deluxe classic sandwich. The service was fast, the deluxe sandwich was good, but the problem was the 3 pcs chicken tenders were old and so salty, i ate only half of 1 pc ,nobody can eat that massive salt or whatever preservative on it..so my friend brought it back to tell the cashier about the issue and my friend asked for a fresh chicken tenders. Last week ,we were at the same store and ordered exactly the same and there were no problem. Whoever working there need to be train because they played deaf and don’t understand when we complain, we waited for another 10 mins for the chicken but no response, they just ignored us. So we asked again and the lady at the cashier basically said that they cannot do anything about it if the chicken was salty , and she even argued with us ? she is rude to work in that position. I asked for a refund for the chicken tenders and told her we will not go back in that store again .?

Second time buying food here, but definitely be last. Girl that’s working on Saturday July 16 has no people skills and very rude. My large box of onion rings (upside as part of a meal), was a box of soggy half and greasy mess. I asked to refund but she wanted me to wait for them to remake. I told her I don’t have the time and her idea was to return everything and she will refund all of my money.These people needs training in customer service.
