Normally food is good at this place, but yesterday order was a disappointment. Fries were good but chicken was very dry and hard, half of it was turned brown and was not edible. Not sure if pieces were fried multiple times, but it didn't taste fresh.We usually get it on Friday and it's good. Getting it in the middle of week was not fresh.

Employee making my food in the back tonight could be seen with no gloves on but was playing on his phone and rubbing his hands on his clothes in between making my food. I felt that I was gonna be sick if I ate my food so I threw it out. Phones are full of bacteria.
We ordered the deluxe chicken sandwich, and were so impressed. Arguably one of the best burgers evers. Just right amount of heat and flavour. The fried chicken were good too. The onions rings weren't that great though. Will try the fries and biscuits next time.

They don’t take order specifics and refused to make up for both the sandwiches they messed up. I called in and mentioned they got my order wrong and they refused to compensate me fully for their mistake. I ordered 2 sandwiches with no pickles and got pickles on both.
