I ordered 40mins before I needed delivery, I called directly to the store not through an app, and I was promised delivery within 45-50 minutes. after 110 mins and two phone calls asking where our delivery was, my team still did not have lunch and we only had 15mins before lunch time was over. The person on the phone kept telling me to wait and they'll offer me first 20% off and then 50% off. i kept saying i am not taking delivery of this order and to send it back. I will not be ordering from RedSwan Pizza again either for work functions or for home.Never again.

I'm not sure how I didn't know about this place sooner, maybe because I'm on the north end of Guelph, but fantastic experience here! I'm not normally a crust lover, but their crust is so unique. I went in today and got a personal sized pizza for under $10! How could you go wrong here?!

Staff is very rude specially there is guy named ishaan or ishant in morning shift at around 1:00 PM on 21 March,2024. He spokes so rudely and mis behaved.Pls take some strict action against him.
