Hands down always a winner in our house! This is the Best place to get sandwiches. My family and I drive from Cambridge to Guelph to pickup sandwiches here. Spicy olives + a sandwich = best flavour, best lucnh or dinner ever. My fav is veal, my husband's is steak. Always get it with the works.Staff are super friendly and always consistent. Ordering from this place felt like applying for a loan. It was obvious that taking down an order and dealing with a paying customer was too much for some employees, I can't imagine any effort would be placed in the food either.

The “owner” hasn’t a clue what’s going on I tried to order meat balls $6 each btw which is what it is and I’m told she can’t sell me those unless I buy sandwiches which I don’t want. I usually deal with her daughter who apparently isn’t working there any more and never had an issue ordering them before but all of a sudden it’s a big deal, way over priced anyways I will take my business elsewhere from now on, I was willing to buy 3 because that’s what my kids wanted $18 worth but she’d rather keep them I guess.

Wish I took a photo of our meal but it was so good there was no time !! Married to an Italian I know good Italian food and this IS IT !! This is by far our fave place I look forward to the weekends when I don’t have to cook ! Thanks for great service the the best food ! Salad and veal is the bomb !!

Veal on a bun is perfect everytime. If your after a pasta dish the meat lasagna is the best pasta plate but everything here is great.

I was there today and I watched the guy cut my sandwich so thin on top and it was falling a part and I watched him put my bread a top of a dirty cutting board and he will put a new bun on top of the cutting broad that is filled with every other sandwich he made. Not impressed!

My Hubby and I used to eat at San Franciscos alot about 25 years ago when we lived in Mississauga. We loved back in the day. So when we drove by this place today, we had to have it. Wow it brough back amazing memories to us and yes it was that same amazing taste that it used to be. Please note that I marked this place had table service..They do ....but not at this time due to covit19. I will also say it was super clean, it was walk in make your order, walk out and wait only 10 mins for your order. They even offered to bring it out to me but I chose to go back in to get my order. There was a Man and a Woman working there both were amazing friendly people!!! No need to say We Will be going back.
