Quite a few years ago we had some terrible experiences at shoeless Joe's. We took a few years off returned and that's when we had met a fantastic bartender and server by the name of Vanessa. Vanessa within minutes took our drink order and had it there within minutes and then she took our food order and in a very reasonable time. The hot delicious food showed up. Vanessa turn the restaurant around for us and now we're happy to say that we are her Friday night regulars and have been for quite some time. Keep up the great work Vanessa because you rock!

We were looked after by Katie who was very attentive and courteous making the visit extremely enjoyable.And the food... Simply amazing!It's been a while since we visited Shoeless Joe's... Perhaps we shouldn't make it so long next time.Definitely recommended!

From a distance it is easy to underestimate this place but inside it is awesome. I was catching up with an old friend and we had a quick bite and I enjoyed the meal. The staff were great and very supportive. Good job to management, too as the set up is quite beautiful with easy viewing from anywhere you're seated.

My new favorite spot to watch ufc. Lots of great food options, they were very accommodating despite no reservation and found us a table during a busy fight night. Also thanks to Violet, best service I have had in a long time. For a very busy evening she checked in on us often, and we never had to ask her to get a drink or food she was always on top of it. Honestly a rare experience these days at some places even when they aren't busy. Thanks again everyone, looking forward to the next big card and catching some other sports here!

Comedy night was so much fun! I had a really cool cocktail, a cold beer and an amazing meal. And the service was absolutely spectacular. Loved it. Check it out.

Great food, great selection of food. Friendly staff and atmosphere. My only thing, they need to be sure to advise that a "Joe sized drink" is a double, rather than a bigger drink

Feb 17th 2024, booked my son’s hockey team a month in advance. Turns out they double booked when we got there. Wasn’t able to get a table for the kids together. We had no where else to go since it was a hockey tournament weekend and all other places were booked so we all sat a part. After 45mins of waiting for service, they told us all kitchen staff and bartenders walked out. Left the restaurant with a lot of hungry kids and angry adults. Turns out 2 manager walked out on this place 2 weeks before. Very poor management and lack of compassion for there customers.. I’m done with all shoeless joes

One of the worst experience I have ever had, two burgers took 1 hour 20 minuts, the burget patty was falling apart. The waiter never came back, when the bill came they sneaked in additional $20 for food we did not even order, again the waiter no where to be found, we go seacrhing for thewaited and see the owner Bobby, who comes and immedietly offer $25 out of his pocket claiming it was his mistake, when we told him this should have happned in the first place he gets very aggitated used the F words and asks to f ... off. WATCHOUT WHAT IS ON YOUR BILL AND THE FOOD, NEVER GOING BACK, The owner did say all his staff quit, No wonder, if he is treating his customers like think how he would be treating his staffs.
