The food looked fresh. They even made the fries fresh for us. Portion was okay. The service was not at all bad during our visit.Their hours of operation are iffy though. They say they're open but when you go there, it's closed. They would be losing business if they keep doing this. I would definitely go back.
I tried to order twice on uber eats, both times the order was cancelled. The first time it wasn’t open, even though it was on Uber eats… The second time I don’t know. When I went a few months ago I ordered to pick up on Uber Eats and because the person who served me didn’t see it, I had to wait. The service here has gone downhill, if you want to go to South Street Burger, don’t go to the Guelph location.
Refused to honour South Street stamp voucher, also the supervisor called Aman, came across very aggressive for some reason? Wouldn’t recommend this location, it didn’t seem particularly clean either. Definitely if you’re ordering, choose a different South Street.

We ordered later in the night but weren't expecting to have such a horrible experience with our order. Basically every burger had something missing from Jalapeños, to cheese (you pay extra for), guacamole, Lettuce, crispy onions. The poutine had uncooked fries smothered in sauce that tasted burnt. Why am I paying for overpriced mediocre burgers when they can't even get the ingredients right. If it was the end of the night and there were no more ingredients left just cancel the order. Never ordering here again.

The service was amicable and the prices are solid but as far as burgers go this is not the place for me. I very much liked that they grill the burgers in front of clients however my southern chicken was neither spicy or juicy. The Hawaiian burger was fine but ofc you really have to like spam for it to work. Fries were fire though. Place was overall large and spacious albeit a tad cold. A solid fast food option but not one I'll be visiting anytime soon.

Here's the story, 2 people dine-in for over $30. The only option they have is a variation of burger & fries so they both make their own. The custom sauce options are tasteless, the toppings are at the end of their tubs, and the server doesn't even know that they have ground pepper as an option. In the end they're served burnt sweet potato fries, small patties and fountain drinks somewhere between a medium and a small. On top of it all they sit down onto a sticky unclean table with a wobble after being unable to wash their hands because both soaps are out of soap.At least the service was quick and painless, otherwise I would have had to give this a one star. The bread was of decent quality and that's probably the only positive I can say. If you're desperate for a burger it's still edible.
