Not a Good experience!!! I love Subway and today I decided to visit this Subway on Eramosa road, guelph. First of all, staff is not at all welcoming, it felt like they didn’t want me to be there as they will now have to make my sandwich/Sub. All the veggies I asked for were lettuce, onions, spinach and black olives and she added 4 olives in total and 4 spinach leaves and 3 onion slices(single layer), some lettuce. Asked for 3 sauce and she added 1 thin line of each. Then I asked for her to add salf and pepper and she just shook the bottle once on my sandwich and I guess there salt and pepper bottle had no holes or were blocked. Bread so like a sponge. I saw they had dozens of bread already backed a s stored on racks. And subway claims “we bake our bread fresh”.My sandwich was saltless, sauceless, veggie-less, chewy bread. I hated it. I gums started hurting when I finished half of it and had to throw it.Owner of this location, please look in to this your employee’s are eating up your business!! This is a friendly advice from other fast food franchise owner. CheersAvoid going to this location but if you go and have bad experience please try and talk to owner.

Hello all,There was a lady on Thursday morning staff, on my sub all the portioning were in half and I was looking at it and she didn’t even bother to correct herself. Never gonna visit again and will recommend everyone to choose other place but not this. Also veggies were rotten and not good at all.
Worst subway, the lady working, openings staff on Thursday, made my subway with literally rotten spinach and portioned my sub in half. It was almost empty bread. Waste of money I regret choosing this subway

Recently visited a similar fast food venue and was so thrilled with my choice of rice bowl. I decided to try one at Subway. Big huge catastrophic mistake. First off, they don't have great selection of toppings, the chicken breasts were either breaded or terriaki. They couldn't tell me the sauce on the one and breaded chicken in a rice bowl is not desirable. She scrimped on the cheese like it was gold and made sure I knew avocado was 2.00 more. Since when is a scoop of avocado that expensive when I passed on most of the meat.?? Basically the rice bowl was bland, tasteless and awkward as it didn't have the right toppings or flavours you'd expect. Same 16.00 I spent on one at a Mexican fast food chain, and the toppings there were X4 and as much cheese and avocado as I wanted!!! Never again. Overpriced processed meat sandwiches and the worst high price rice bowl I've ever had. Can't win them all......?

We Entered on last mints before closing, order two subs for dine in it was bloody delicious I came back to order one more for myself and three for my family great service,big smile,Good with customers, great attitudes who seem to enjoy her work. Awesome topping portioning - when you ask for extra, PREPARE FOR EXTRA DELICIOUSNESS.She is quick and efficient, and makes a pretty sammich. You go girl.
