Subway wouldn’t let us sit down at 10pm to eat our subs. Store closes at 11pm. Also, subway is discontinuing the use of mustard on there subs. I won’t be back anytime soon.

WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HADFirstly they gave me cold subway because toasting it, patties were frozen n cheese was cold.. firstly they denied they didn’t do it.. they when we had proof they said we can come to the store for a new one when we went THEY LITERALLY SAID NO WE WONT GIVE YOU and when called them later on The staff hung up on me

It’s very common that I go here after I finish training at the gym. Most nights this ends at 9:15, I get to subway by 9:30 and the door is locked and there is no associate to be found on Mondays and Tuesdays. She consistently locks up significantly before close.A few weeks ago, I sat down after ordering at 9:35 and she kicked me and my friend out of the store because she was gonna be “closing soon”. As we left the store, she ran over and locked the door and it was only 9:40. Absolutely ridiculous service.The owner (Bob) should take immediate action.

I went here to get a tuna sub and when i got home i unwrapped it i realized theres no tuna in the sandwich, therefore i called the store that i purchased the sub from and the guy named “Preet” kept making it look like i was a liar and i had been going to this place since i was like 10, he was acting dumb on purpose thinking it was a joke, he kept asking me what time i came so he could review the online transactions and kept saying it, then he realized i paid in cash so theres no online transactions. seriously customer service is so poor ill definitely be complaining to subway head office.

Man, I can't stand going into this subway. There are times when I just need a tuna sub and the proximity prevents my from justifying going elsewhere. The staff have a way of making you feel like you've ruined their lives by asking them to make you a sandwich. I wish the "tip function" had a negative option. I feel like I need reparations for dealing with these people. Unless you really need that tuna fix, spend your money at one of the adjacent, friendly establishments.

Staff yelled at my daughter to hurry up and pick her toppings while I was in the washroom washing my hands. I came out and my 11 yr old daughter was visibly upset, eyes watering because of the lady behind the counter giving her attitude and threw her sub together. Totally inappropriate and very unprofessional. The staff also gave me hard time processing a gift card purchase which included free cookies with the current promotion. I do not recommend this place. Definitely NOT kid friendly.

Went there few weeks ago around 9pm to grab dinner. We bought the sandwiches and was planning to eat there. Once we paid, we were told that we were not allowed to dine in after 9pm. The store was open until 11 and no dine in restrictions were posted anywhere. The cashier didn’t even mention it to us before payment. We were super hungry and ended up eating in the parking lot. Not very happy with the service. Moreover the sandwiches were also tasting bland

Dont eat the chicken from here. I ubereats food from here 4 hours ago and its 2:45 am now. I am sitting on the toilet vomiting into a bucket and have diarrhea. I got food poisoning. Stay away friends it’s not safe.

0 owner accused me and my friend of stealing when we payed for our stuff and walked out of the store to go home after school he then told us that we should be truthful and not steal when we payed and he watched us take the stuff we payed for bad experience and he needs to learn that not everybody steals. It was hot and we wanted a drink and we couldn’t do that without being accursed of stealing

Worst customer service in the afternoon time. Mainly the girls who has lot of arrogance towards the customers and i have seen quite Many times with many customers and this needs to be corrected and even management has to look at this. Especially in the afternoon lunch timing staff 12-1 pm.

Never changed their gloves, I don't eat pork they touched ham and bacon (3 other people's subs and mine all at the same time) then my sub multiple times in general .. Went to put ingredients in other people's subs while making other subs to help one another (I needed cheese and another person came over threw some into mine and walked away) , so much cross contamination. Say yes but don't actually listen to what anyone was saying (I came in with multiple people), we all didn't get the right orders. I don't want my sub tasting like other meats especially toasted bacon for 17$ that's not a little bit of money, if I was allergic to other ingredients I could potentially die or get sick, lastly what's the point of gloves if none of them changed it and kept wiping the counter with their gloves on before each sub. The same gloves stayed on for every sub. I will be contacting head office.
