The owners are beautiful people who truly care about the product they put out and it shows! I discovered this amazing place back in Sep 2023. Minh makes her own bread and it is amazing. The banh mi sandwich is delicious, I love the meat, and the vegetables added to it. Absolutely love the slushies. My favourite is the mango flavour with mango and coconut jelly topping. Sooooooo good. The owners are very lovely people and every time I go there, we always have a nice chat. Thank you so much. ?

I love this place! The staff are always so friendly & welcoming. The service is quick, & they have good quality control. I go here at least once a month & have for going on two years. Definitely a favourite spot!

I really love how they have it set up for ordering as well, just select what you want on the tablet/iPad, all the options are there and very strait forward, and then review/submit order, I think that would especially be great for those who get overwhelmed ordering multiple drinks or may have some social anxiety. I am also always greeted with friendliness as well.Parking: There has always been plenty of parking when I have gone.Kid-friendliness: Lots of yummy flavors of bubble tea for kids, options of having tapioca pearls, or able to choose none, yummy popping Boba (strawberry flavor) super friendly to kids.
