Asked for extra-spicy… but I didn’t even get regular spicy.Then I asked them to make it spicy, and they offered spices on the side.How am I supposed to mix them in take-out container ?Then they offered a bowl to mix it in at 30 cents extra.So initially I didn’t get what I paid for, then they asked me to mix it myself, in a bowl that will cost me extra.All this time I did my best not to be rude to them, still, the person mixed it in their cooking pan and re-packed for me with absolute frown on her face.

One of my favorite places to go for a quick lunch when I don't bring one. By advice tho is to order ahead of time from skip the dishes, and then choose pick up, waiting there can take a while if you order in the moment.

Friendly and nice service…ordered the same thing I always do (beef pad seew)and they watered down the sauce just before packing it up to take out…got home and it’s soggy and tastelessTotal disappointment!

This location is exceptionally better than the Thai express in stone road mall. Food is great, they use enough sauce for their pad Thai so it’s not dry and portion size seems more generous than the other location too. Staff are all very friendly and atmosphere is beautiful with lots of plants.

Drove out of way out here .. only to find it was closed on Sundays. Please update your hours on Google so this can be prevented. The Pad Thai craving was real, this is disappointing.

We went on a weekend and it wasn't very busy but the food was fantastic and filling.The yellow curry was sweet and not very spicy. I would probably order something with more kick next time. That saidnit was still a delicious and ample meal.It is also clean and comfortable for dine in.

I frequent this location of Thai Express and it is hands down the best. I absolutely love Thai Express’s vegetable pad Thai, spicy with less sauce and I dream about it.

The worst Thai Express in Guelph. I wish I could choose with no star ⭐️. I’m rather go to Thai Express in the mall or spent a little more money to go Na Ha Thai. I’m sorry to say this but I had very bad experience here. Good luck in some times.
