Barrie and Liz turned our 140 liters of 'soft' apple cider into hard cider. Turned out fantastic--beautiful colour, sensational taste. It's a real labour of love for Barrie and it shows. Really great experience.
Barrie is super-knowlegeable and very helpful. I was shopping for supplies to make cider and wine. Barrie took the time to answer all of my questions and provide me with lots of helpful advice. The Towne Winer is a gem for wine enthusiasts.
