On nights they are amazing, always gets my drinks right.On day shift the "latte" machine always seem to be not working. Asked for a London fog and was told "no.... our latte machines not working". Either it's really broken or the worker just refuse to make it

This is a busy location, the drive thru always goes by fast, I do feel that some staff make you feel a bit rushed, I understand that life is so fast paced, but it can be nice to make people feel not rushed too!Usually good options and good decaf at this location, my mom always says the lady with glasses who’s always working there (I wanna say Patricia? Could be wrong) is very friendly to her and makes a great impression at the window and answering orders.No chamomile tea at this location or possibly they are often out of it.

Very slow to serve and seemed unorganized, the staff were polite but better customer service is needed. Some acknowledgment that a customer is standing at the counter and waiting to order 'be with you in one minute' would have worked :) I was confused on who was going to take my order, where to stand etc. when the drive through person that was taking orders on a headset saw and came over and took my order while an older women was washing a container for 5 minutes at the counter area and not serving customers. BUT then she served the next customer after the other staff took my order and she finally noticed that there were people in line trying to order. Ahh! I guess she was the person to take orders, who would have known? Manager should address this

Stopped at Stevenson and Speedvale location, before grocery shopping. Had to wait for a seat, then got coffee and donut. Classic walnut crunch was missing the crunch ?. Coffee mug was all "crusty" from last customer, they need to clean them better. Will skip this place next time at that plaza.

I'm getting really frustrated with this tim hortons consistently getting my order wrong. I bought 2 coffees that were marked correctly. Get to work and try them and they're both wrong. This is the 3rd time in the last 2 weeks. Complete waste of money.McDonalds doesn't screw up this much.

Honest Lady

Ordered Double Double yesterday; I can tell from the coffee color that it wasn't Double Double at all despite they marked it as DD! I didn't want to go back and complain. I didn't drink the coffee and left! Furthermore, the tables were not kept clean.

I had an experience with a indian fat guy with spex that guy is the Worst person I ever met on tim. I just Asked him a question that why you guys are not serving strawberry cremy chill and literally he started arguing with me. Worst customer service

Manager on his name Phil just refused me to be served cause I was smoking inside my car. He was very very rude and with bad attitude towards me ,a costumer and on top of this I was the only one which wasn't asked if I want anything else. I said I want my coffee and then they didn't answer anymore. So, this is also discrimination , lack of costumer service and this Manager should act like a manager if he knows the term.

The food here is good but the staff is very rude, i ordered thru drive thru, at drive thru window the lady was being racist and made faces while i was paying for my order, people needs to know that there is no place for racism in this country, this happened to me today like 11:00 am, the owner needs to know that staff being racist is not gonna help to run this place. Such a bad start for my day. I hope this review helps the owner to know about there staff who are serving the customer and alteast show some respect to them.
