They’re not kidding guys… I’ve contemplated bringing a take5 from any other Tim Hortons to this one and having them compare their own coffee.I’m fairly certain they’re running the same grinds 2/3 times…I don’t want some gift card. I want you to stop skimming (coffee version)

This is what you get when you replace Canadians in a Canadian created restaurant chain with newly arrived foreigners who are rude and don't give a damn about their quality of service. Hire more Canadians if you want the service to get better.

Its been 8 years getting served from this tim. I was ordering cappuccino from last 1 month and asking everytime for good foam on it as cappuccino usually served. 1 day i asked manager “shani” to make it again then she made it ok. Then i asked why every time i need to ask to make it again then she replied “it takes time and every-time they cant make it same because it take time”. I have her recording saying that. I want to check with Owner if you want proof.

Absolutely love this location! Been coming here for about 2 years now and the staff is so kind and always has the best food and drinks never burnt!!! The only Tim's I'll order a dark roast since it's so good and fresh everywhere else is always burnts! Def recommend ?❤️❤️ (got delivery this time but I always go there and it's amazing)
