Service can be hit or miss here but if I am served by Sapna, I know that my order will be incorrect. Every single time I am served by her, my order is wrong. Not once has she ever made my order correct. Maybe some re-training is in order for her.
Pretty clean place. I worked at Tim Hortons for years and always made sure to greet the guests when they arrived. There were a couple counter employees who were just chatting and a third employee finished serving their customer before greeting us. He was very accommodating. The sandwich prep station was a little brusk but she double toasted our bagels for us which is astoundingly rare from most THs that care more about speed than quality.

Been here more than one time. Served by an Indian looking guy wearing prescribed glasses and name on his name tag was “Spidey ( Yash )”. This guy is often seen working in the evening. He was unbelievably fast and polite. I saw him doing multi task. Taking orders for drive thru (probably) while making sandwich for me and my friend. I really respect you all as you guys work so hard with a big smile. Timmies are Awesome. ? ?
