Got 2 coffees to get a roll ups for me and my dad and they don’t tell you to scan the app when i asked if they can scan so I get my roll ups they said sorry can’t help you so they don’t ask/tell you to scan for your roll ups and then you don’t get your roll ups what an absolute scam

I live around the corner from this Tim Hortons location, and every time that I have gone there, the drive-thru takes ridiculously long, even when there’s only a couple cars ahead of me (comparing to any other Tim Hortons location I’ve visited), on top of the fact that when I order food, they are “ Sold out” of whatever I’m looking to order. The staff are very friendly, but the service definitely needs an improvement.

I ordered a Sausage and Egg on a Croissant, Coffee and Cookie.The drive thru worker was very nice and sweet, but her manager was a giant stress ball running around. Ended up only getting a coffee and a muffin somehow? Coffee was great, should probably make the girl on drive thru the manager instead.

Always clean and a great staff.Parking: Huge lotKid-friendliness: Very friendly towards my son's always . They are great kids but they're kids and play and nobody minds everyone is very nice to us every time we go for a donut or a drink.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get in if your in a wheelchair very wide entry with double doors on both entry ways aswell as wheelchair door buttons to help aswell.

The staff is very bad, especially the elderly woman. She treated me in an impolite manner and made a mistake in the order and did not accept to change it. So I bought the order again and did not accept to use the Tim Horton card again. Management please educate her or include her in the customer treatment

When I started my morning shift to a new company, I always my bfast here since this is on thw way everything was okay, until today, Dec 11 2023, 6ish in the morning. I encountered a very rude staff, not just one but 2 staffs, I actually felt racism!!!! The first one I asked politely, "Can I please have a straw?" She told me "ehh I am just new here" like you don't know where your straw is? The 2nd staff this got into my nerves, I asked politely again and she said "You have to wait I am kind of busy here" -- rudely! And I snapped! I shouted "Why do you have to do that I am a customer here!" And she said sarcasticaly "I am busy I am sorry with a smiling face, turned around from her workmates and gave me an eye roll! WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS! I AM NOT EVEN RUDE IN THE FIRST PLACE! THESE 2 STAFFS ARE OBVIOUSLY RACISTS! YOU HAVE TO DO SOMETHIG ABT THIS! I didn't catch her name but for sure I know her face when I see her again!
