Cheapest breakfast brunch lunch and dinner. From ragger to richest people can enjoy. If you don't have money go straight to manager and request him he might give you a free coffee on your hardest day making it your day. So not only materialitically but emotionally Tim's is with you because it is not a shop it is a family.
Drive thru should pay attention to what customers want. We repeated our choices 2 times. We wanted 2 Pumpkin Spice Medium Ice capps, and hubby wanted a T biscuit. Instead, we got 2 ice caps and 2 pumpkin spiced muffins. I went back in, and the girl behind the counter made the T biscuit and a new pumpkin spiced iced cap. Thank-you for fixing this for us.

I take coffee through drive through on Saturday and Sunday mornings at around 6:15 am. The guy at the front never say hello hi which is not the usual culture of Tim Hortons in general though the quality has declined everywhere. I think the new staff who came from abroad need customers service training.
