Good signage, order taking good, had to wait for my bowl, which is understood they wouldn't have any made in advance. Food really good. But the drive thru pick up window is filthy! Not appetizing while waiting. Just clean it!

The Tim Hortons app hasn’t worked on multiple occasions. And instead of trying to figure it out, I’m left without my food because the app doesn’t work. What is the point of having a point system if I can’t utilize my points and when your system isn’t working? Why am I missing out? If you can’t get your app to work, it is your responsibility to ensure that I can still utilize the points that I have spent money to get. Today the attendant simply said, I don’t know I don’t know much about the app. There was no attempt to help me. There was no attempt to talk to a manager to see if they could reboot the system or what could be done. She simply shrugged and said I don’t know. Terrible service

I will go out of my way to go to the Tim's drive thru in hopes that Cranston will be working. His sunny disposition always brightens my day. He is personable and friendly. He single handedly makes this Tim's location stand out from the rest! Thanks Cranston, you're the best!

Busy location right in core downtown of city of Guelph. Ample parking space with good signs overall. Convenient Drive through with nicely lit signs and boards for clients.Order taken fast and with nothing to be repeated. Service was quick as well and as expected with no issuesService done with smileOnly thing is cleanliness around the building. Scattered and unorganized garbage seen while waiting in drive through which is an eyesore .

Lady in your drive thru taking orders has absolutely no common sense or customer service skills .At 6:30pm on 1/31/2024 nobody was answering the drive thru speaker to place an order so I went to the window and when I went to the window the ladies question me why I came to the window without waiting for her at the speaker.I waited several minutes with no answer . Do you want me to just hold up the drive thru while you finish a conversation with your co worker? Restaurant was empty and the worker even told me she was busy talking to her co workerThis is absolutely ridiculous. I love Tim hortons but it’s so ridiculously mismanaged that I have started to avoid all locations.Fortunately there’s an a&w next door that had pleasant service . Guess I’ll go there instead …

Poor service. It took them two minutes to greet me and nobody was at the counter. I know when I ask for triple toasted it can’t be punched in so they have to say it verbally to the sandwich station. She didn’t bother. She turned away from me and spoke to her coworker for a full minute mid order without giving me a second thought. I ordered my first item and she responded with “ya?” rather than “anything else today”.

I am frustrated I called about a month ago and complained because it was a constant thing we're they'd mess up our order relatively easy and most often not busy, I ordered a extra large triple triple a medium ice cap with milk 2 sausage and eggs on a English muffin and one sausage and egg on a biscuit all three sandwiches were missing eggs, I ordered a everything bagley with cream cheese and bacon.. to which there was no bacon and barley any cream cheese. Was promised a Tim's gift card for the money back and it's been over a month with nothing in the mail.

I've been to many Tim's, this place used to be good, now I avoid this place. You have to check your hiring standards. Or better teach your employees how to behave. They don't know how to speak to customers, they smile and talk in a bad way to each other in their native languages. What should I think when I'm at the counter and your employees do this. I went through the drive through, it took a minute for me to open up the app, then she closed the window and after 30seconds she again opened it, now all the employees inside was looking at me like I did something. I could read from their faces that they talked something bad. Worst Tim ever, you have to increase your hiring standards, not everyone is fit for this
