The worst location ever. Stuff is super rude, i asked one time for sanitazer and the woman working there snapped at me and was so angry with me like i was asking for some free food. I ordered caramel iced cap and it was so disgusting, it was dark brown and the ice was barely even there and it tasted like it was sitting for couple of hours even tho i was drinking it right away. And today, I ordered medium coffee with two cream, in my cup there was barely any coffee it was all cream and cold from all the cream, and the guy gave me two cups of it even though I ordered only one. The stuff is not trained and very unprofessional and rude, tables are always dirty. Comparing to the other locations and excellent service i got every time, this location is the worst. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If that happened only once it would be ok, but it happens constantly.

It's a BBB....to entre or leave this place ....and everything has shrunkWheelchair accessibility: Honestly it's doable but dangerous.....it's also small so a person with a wheelchair would have a very tight area....I personally would not bring anyone in there with a wheelchair

I asked for a Bacon farmers wrap meal Was only handed the wrap and my tea,I asked Where Hash brown was in, they told me it was inside. I stated I asked for a meal And got told I didn't. Poor customer service Spend $40 a weekend and my guys will be going elsewhere. (Trash service)

11/05/2023 approx 9:50amstopped there today after an appointment and the staff member that served me was very rude. stated things followed by scoffs or sarcastic laughter like “i can’t do this, i need to walk away” when i took a moment to get my payment ready. i apologized and explained it had been a rough morning and she cut me off to ask how i was paying in a very rude tone.i work in customer service and have been in stressful and tiring situations before, but never would i have been so rude and snooty like this employee was.very unhappy with the service at this establishment.

Tim Hortons Victoria st Guelph why are you hiring a Not friendly night shift Indian lady staff. It’s my first time to order a Bagel and I didn’t know what to pick because there were no choices on the monitor she should’ve offered me a choices but instead this lady yelled at me asking “which Bagel!?”. On the window after I paid she slammed the door and without even saying anything. Such a very poor customer service. I will never go back to this branch anymore.
