Helped us on a very cold day. The weather was freezing cold, but inside the store, the weather was good, it was quiet, comfortable and cozy. They offered good food with the right amount and the right price. They helped us to choose the food which was very impressive and I have to thank the staff.

For nothing We talked to them and they also insulted us for no reason, just because I do not know English and I told my sister to speak for me. Solid Tim’s location. Drive thru usually moves pretty quick. Indoor area is well maintained.Small on the inside so not a whole lot of dining area, but I usually just swing through and don’t stay.Only downside regarding their drive thru is that once it’s 3 or 4 cars back from the speaker it begins to block parking lot traffic getting in and out of the Kortright entrance.

Amandeep as a manager on duty (08 Oct 2023) should stop berating her staff-in-training in public for petty mistakes. She has forgotten probably her days of being trained and the mistakes she was forgiven for. It's Thanksgiving, unfortunately it does not show in her treatment towards her staff as a capable leader. She was made aware of her behavior is not acceptable. However, she believes her mistreatment of her staff in public is acceptable. The store owner(s) stop this right away. We are in Canada.

Sorry to say I find this location poor: there are so many flies- every time I come! Service is slow as well: there often is only 1 person handling walk-in orders. I see several staff in the back - most are handling the Drive
