The staff is wonderful, but for the price of a ham and swiss sandwich I would go downtown. Bread has that spongy grocery store texture to it, lacks flavour. Can only give 4 stars. Meat and cheese and toppings are good.

Their chocolate horn, brownie, and peanut butter cookie were nice. They have a lot of variety of desserts! They also sell loaves of bread, buns, meat, cheese, frozen meals, premade garlic bread, bagged cookies, ready-to-eat sausage rolls and quiches, and drinks. It is like a mini (but packed) grocery store! There are no prices posted, but it is surprisingly cheap. I was stunned at how many things I came home with for the amount of money I paid.Not Prefer: Their pastries were a little hard at the end of the day, and some of them had very little filling for the amount of pastry, so I won't buy these again.Prices: My 8 items (2 cookies, huge pastry, apple pie pastry, brownie, horn, ball, and turnover) came to $20.32 with the taxes included!Dining: Takeout, no indoor or outdoor dining. Catering available.Staff: There was a lovely girl that assisted me at the bakery counter. She went out of her way to help me. Her personal favourite was the brownie.Parking: The store is in a free parking lot.

We ordered an Italian Rum Cake for our grandson's baptism - this was one of the only bakeries to actually make one in store. It was AMAZING!! THANK YOU SOOO MUCH! Now we know where we will be ordering all our special occasion cakes from!

Dropped in to buy some pastries and I was not totally happy with the reception I received. Lady that served was a little sharp with me and looked at me from head to toe when I asked for theprices of the pastries. Not sure why the prices are not posted as your selection is quite wide. I bought way less than I could have because I did not intend to ask the price of each individual pastry. The board already has the names why not simply post the price too or put a list on the counter?

Large sandwich buns are the size of a dinner roll and overpriced.They come in a paper bag so you don't see what's in there.Steer clear!!

Very nice and helpful staff, but I bought a box of cannolis because we really like them, but they were very disappointing.We were expecting the whip cream filling to be fluffy and light, but instead it was very heavy and almost sticky..I also got a lemon pie, really hoping it isn't a let down..but as I said the staff there is great!

A cute little gem hidden in a small plaza. Went here on a whim and was not disappointed. Large selection of savoury and sweet, and the staff were helpful. Cannoli, cream horn, mini cheesecake and caramel crunch were all delicious and devoured quickly. Prices are very reasonable. I will certainly be going back!
Awesome baked goods here!I just picked up some strudels and pie here and they were delicious! All the selections they had in store looked fantastic.I haven’t tried the cheeses or deli meats yet but they had a great selection and everything looked great and fresh. I’ll be coming back to try them when I’m putting together a charcuterie board!Great local spot.

I placed an order from Newfoundland. Didn't know what I wanted, but the staff were super patient, friendly and informative. Finally I placed the order, with a message and everything was perfect, exactly what I wanted and at a great price. I will recommend to anyone and hope I get to try it myself someday in the near future. 10/10 from me!

My girlfriend went today and came back saying a staff member with ginger hair was extremely rude and down right mean, if I was there I definitely would have walked out, if turn over rates are low this place isn’t gonna do well lol

Stopped in Guelph for work and grabbed lunch here, super friendly staff, deli sandwich was delicious, got some squares to go with and they were awesome as well. Plenty of options of baked goods and deli goods. Great quality, will stop in again for sure.
