Walked in, they stared at us one girl sitting on top of the bar top. She just says “ya?” Like she wasn’t expecting people to walk in..they were not friendly at all! Didn’t even come to see if we needed drink refills or how our food was. My husband had to go to the bar to get a refill on our pops. $60 for garbage service. 10/10 will not go again even tho the food was decent.

It took over 50 minutes for food to be brought out, one plate at a time so you will not be able to eat your hot meals together as a family. Veggies served were brown and wilted. The server was working very hard and told us there was only one cook in the kitchen so everything was being made one dish at a time. I don't recommend this place.

Terrible restaurant. Worst experience I have ever had at a wild wings.After a long day I wanted to get some chicken wings, walked into the restaurant and I wasn’t greeted by anyone. I asked if I should find a seat and was told “if you want to you can.” Once I found a seat, after 20 minutes the waitress came up, no introduction or greeting and said “what do you want?” I asked about the chicken wing flavours and the appetizers and got little to no response. There was no input given by this individual. After ordering I was told the food would be half an hour or so, the restaurant had one other customer in it and the staff was watching TV. After seeing this I decided I didn’t want to eat at the restaurant or do take out. My order was just placed so I figured it could be cancelled right away. I found the waitress watching tv at the front bar and I told her I want to cancel my order and not to worry about it anymore. I was advised I couldn’t do that because she had “already handed the order into the kitchen”. As I was talking to the waitress she told the cook to throw my order in the fryer so I would have to pay even though my order wasn’t cooking. They refused to cancel my order and I told them that I didn’t want the food or to eat there because of the poor customer service and disrespectful attitudes. So they began to cook the order even though I advised them I wanted to cancel it and no longer wanted to eat at the restaurant. The waitress said she would call the authorities if I refused to pay for the order I cancelled. Suddenly the half an hour wait turned into my food being done in 4 minutes. I asked the staff for the customer service line and for the managers contact information and they refused. They would not provide me with a company email or phone number to talk with someone about this issue. They forced me to pay. Once I got the food I no longer wanted I walked out of the restaurant and checked my food. The chicken was raw and undercooked. Still pink on the inside and cold.This was a horrendous experience and I will never go back. I don’t write reviews on places but this was atrocious and the customer service for a lack of better terms was piss poor. I am hoping this issue can be resolved as I have receipts from that day.

Ordered a chicken caesar wrap from this location online for take out. Did not receive the chicken on the wrap... no big deal, mistakes happen. Called in to let them know and was told by the "boss", I made the food and you did not click for chicken on your wrap. I was charged for chicken because if I did click for no chicken, the bill would have been $4.25 cheaper. I believe they did not want to own up for their mistake and told me that I was in the wrong. I won't be eating here again.

AVOID 995 Paisley Road location!Now I don't normally leave negative reviews on restaurants as I understand we're all just trying to make a living but...I'll make an exception here.I'm a huge wild wings fan and have eaten at many locations across Canada. I've eaten at this location a few times a few months back and it was great. I can only assume change in ownership/management.The 1 star review starts with terrible service. When I phone in to place an order for collection or delivery I speak slowly and try to triple check they get the order right to avoid issues. However, the lady that answered the phone was short, abrupt and didn't listen.Then when I went to pick up my order, the same lady, was the one to give the bag to me. When I went to check the contents she dismissively told me everything was there.So bad phone service and bad in-person service. Not going great so far.Regardless, I ask to pay by credit card and they hand me the POS machine. Their tip percentage starts at 18%!!18% for me to drive there myself and pick it up. The tipping start point was just ridiculous.Now, one can argue that the above can all be overlooked if the wings are good, and I'd almost agree.However, the wings were the worst wings I've ever had. We ordered boneless spicy gar par wings and although the flavour was great, the chicken was not... Chicken I don't think!My wife and I left over half our wings as we were worried they were so bad we could actually get sick. The meat felt like it had been man made or that it had been frozen, thawed, then frozen again.To top it off, the portions were tiny! I've not seen such small chicken wings before, especially considering they weren't even real wings! The fries were also incredibly stingy portions.The reason I AM leaving this negative, scathing 1 star review is because of how they handled our phonecall once we got home to let them know about our concerns with the food.My wife was spoken to abruptly and rudely by the same lady when she called and very politely told them about the food.There are only two Wind Wings in Guelph and the other one is the other side of Guelph and far from me. However, I'd rather not have Wild Wings EVER again than go back to this location.If someone from the franchise or HQ for Wild Wings is reading this review then I beg you to have a word as if this keeps going someone will get seriously ill with uncooked chicken or the business will go bust.DO NOT ORDER OR EAT HERE!

Took my family for dinner and food was Ok but the service was terrible.. each time the waitress came to check on us, did not remove any of our dishes or glasses.. I had to pill it up and place all the dishes on another table.. when paying for bill, she stood right beside as I looked over the bill.. not very professional and will never come back.☹️
