Online order was made extremely poorly. Very few toppings (maybe 3 green pepper pieces throughout an entire sub) Extra cheese and extra sauce ordered yet can hardly find either upon opening it up (one was completely missing). Disappointing experience.

They didn't have meatballs or steak for my order. I prepaid, so I actually paid more for the replacement subs ? The staff wrote "subway sucks" on one of the subs. I agree as they are often out of meatballs at this location.*Edited to remove stars as they didn't put the bacon I paid extra for on 3 of the subs.

Needs new management, very ignorant, the lady I talked to didn't care if I ordered or not, I wanted to order two trays of sandwiches, and she said she had no time. So I left. Won't be back.

My husband drives through hagersville everday and has stopped multiple times around 8 pm at this location and has found the store closed or in the process of closing when it says ooen till 10 pm at the store and on here why is does this happen every weekday if the store is not open the hours need to be changed to reflect this. Since the hours are wrong have not been updated my husband has to go without dinner again this is unacceptable, i can just imagine how many other ate in the same position
Order from here through the app at 758pm the app says open till 10 but apparently they just colse at 8 my online order went through money taken out of my bank and when I show up to pick up my items the staff just tell me it was never made and then when I ask for a refund they refused to do so .... this location has been going downhill crashing and burning

Subway ok but when it comes to having 1 people in store I know it’s overwhelming when you can’t do everyone sub at the same time but having 2 people there good but I don’t like they sometimes close early like a couple hours early but just any time I go there I get good experience employees friendly

Most disgusting subwayi have ever been too first of all toaster is not workingMost worse part is i ordered roteserie chiken but there was steak chunks in it ???that is against my religion whosoever made itShould understand In soem religion people dont even touch steak ….highly disappointedWould advice people to dont go there as they have cross contaminated foodWill complain to food safety authoritiesIf you want i can send you proof of sale

Never has everything required to make a sandwich. There is currently no toaster and you cannot pay with a large bill in the middle of the afternoon. Not a good experience

I've been a few times lately and this location has gone downhill. Frequently out of items, messy and unorganized. Staff are friendly and polite at least. Toaster has been gone for a while too.
