The Bedrock Bistro has been a part of Hamilton for a long time! Take a Nostalgia trip to Bedrock Bistro if you grew up watching The Flintstones. Overall the diner is setup like a typical, simple, breakfast diner, but they have The Flintstones playing on the TVs. There's lots of seating, so I have never had to wait. This is a fun place to eat if you remember, or have knowledge of, The Flintstones. The portions were large - as expected. The food was a bit bland. It wasn't seasoned very well. The bacon was over cooked well beyond crispy. It basically disintegrated. I wouldn't go again.
