Atmosphere is the worst. There’s crackheads and methheads stoned out of their mind staggering and stuck in one position in behind the building and out in the parking lot. Homeless people are begging for change in front of store. Very unsafe place to have something to eat.

Ordered the banquet burger in a lettuce wrap-keto style. It was delicious! Who knew?! Sweet potato fries were very good also. Fast friendly service at the drive thru. Haven't been to A&W in years but I'll go back for that burger.Dietary restrictions: Had the keto burger wrapped in lettuce, no bun. Not sure if it's actually on the menu but we asked for it and we got it.

Ordered on Uber eats. Cancelled order. The store says that they made the order and so cannot refund, understandable.I get there within 5 minutes and ask if I can grab the food. Told no. Uber eats will refund and to take it up to support. We bring evidence of Uber eats stating that you made the food. Give me the damn food please. I won't get refunded. Repeat 10x. Leave due to frustration.(Didn't get a refund via Uber eats support)Straight up Awful customer service.

I'm super impressed with this A&W. It may be my favourite!Like most A&W, there is a drive-through. Of course their root beer (if you are dining in) is served in a chilled glass mug). The restaurant is very clean and bright.
