AN AWESOME dedicated gluten free bakery.Keith’s baked goods are out of this world. If you are gluten free and in the Hamilton area this is a must-visit. Or even if you’re not gluten free, go here anyway and get some cupcakes! Our favorites were the caramel cupcakes, the lemon cupcakes, the carrot cupcakes and Keith’s buns and breads which truly taste homemade and don’t crumble instantly like other GF buns. Cupcakes are perfectly balanced and not too sweet— a sign of true baker artistry! Go support this awesome small local business.

I went in today because I was in the area and wanted to check it out!I met Keith and had such a lovely conversation, and really got to know who the face behind the sign is and it was so nice chatting with him about his love for his business. You can tell he loves what he does and values everyone who comes in. There’s a great selection of sweets & treats, but also has super yummy dinner options too!P.S. the pizza buns are DELISH! Literally eating one right now as I type this!If you have a gluten intolerance, or just have a sweet tooth this is my new go-to recommendation! Love, love, love this bakery. Everything I have eaten from Home made Gluten free Breads to his Cinnamon rolls, to his lemon squares, cheesecakes, brownies and other sweets are delicious and do not taste GF. Even my friends can’t tell the difference. The store is clean and the owner is super knowledgeable and extremely nice. A great bakery to visit.
