The staff was really disrespectful and rude!!! I asked just for a little bit more tomatoes and onion and she literally put a singular piece of tomato and onion and when I asked nicely if she can put more she said it will be extra. I sat down to eat and my friend came inside the store and sat next to me and the lady was like I can eat but my friend can’t eat the burrito bowl WHICH I JUST PAID FOR!!! Never coming back to this location again!!!!

An absolute disappointment in the name of customer service and customer care. I ordered a burrito through delivery and it was only HALF FULL. Why am I paying full price for mostly tortilla and a small portion of topping. They try to cut corners and save by only putting a little bit of everything and most of the times you have to ask for extra to get anything that can be considered even CLOSE to sufficient. The order was not only half empty but the special instructions were not followed. One of the sauces was completely missed and I requested extra jalepenos and there were a total of THREE in the entire burrito. This location is an outrage. The manager (who is the owner I believe) will make rude faces and begrudgingly adds any extra veggies. The other employees are nice but I can’t imagine what is must be like to work under such a helicopter boss. Don’t order from this place online because all you will get is disappointment wrapped in foil. If you go in person, make sure to actually get your moneys worth and don’t let them get away with trying to give tiny portions.

Was a 5-star until today. The manager freaked out when I asked for a little hot sauce on my extreme fries. Their margins are too narrow for me.This is the quality I expect, original 5 star - The only BarBuritto I will trust from now on. Always great staffing, service & food. I've never been disappointed from this location!

4.5/5 A solid and affordable burrito joint. Very filling wrap with lots of topping and sauce options, I was able to split a large with my sister. The burritos were a bit salty but the nashville chicken tacos and salsa and chips were delicious! The corn tacos could have been softer and fresher as it ripped when folded in half, but otherwise the fillings were tasty.
Service was terrible. She refused to give me more sauce on the bowl. That was pathetic, unreal. She was not at all welcoming. Won't be back and the worst service anyone can ever get.

Visited today and the owner was serving us. She was so generous with her time and even when a client called in to place another order, she put them on hold to complete our order. A true class act. Our favourite place to grab a quick meal (that turns into a few meals since the portion sizes are so big!). 2 thumbs up.

The woman working the counter was extremely rude, and denied me from ordering a kids meal. As someone who physically cannot eat a full portioned meal this was absolutely ridiculous. Not only did she deny me from ordering, but she was insanely rude about it. Will not be returning, and as a first time customer that is not the impression you should be making.
