I have always loved Bella. They make great pizza, wings, poutine etc but their customer service is terrible! Lucky if the phone is answered, so good luck getting food. They also close the store earlier than what is posted. Just terrible, I use to love this place.

They need to figure out their hours. They're closed when supposed to be open a LOT, they NEVER pick up their phone. I ordered a lasagna once got Fettuccini noodles layered with meat sauce instead! Really??

I used to love their double layer but now its undercooked on bottom and burnt on top and cutback on the toppings Went to pick up 2 pizzas. They pass me one. I ask where is the 2nd. They forgot. Told me a half hour and left my 1st pizza on counter. I left with nothing. Another time i placed an order for delivery. an hour later...no pizza. I called and phone is not in service. I will not be back again.

I liked the pizza! A good cheese pull...mmm the cheese. Cooked well. The flavor was good. I'm happy I live so close to this place. 100% recommend!

Ordered three large pizzas and 3 pounds of wings today for my friends birthday party. The service was outstanding. Not only did they add extra sauce in the order for no extra charge, the owner gave us free pop for myself and my friends. Quick service and delicious food. Lê Bella is like the heart of Hamilton, an always favourite for my family and friends.

went and ordered 6 large pizzas the sign in the store shows 27.99 for 2 large 3 topping and they charged me 29.99 when I complained they said that they had not updated their signs. I stated that is false advertising you can't do that. Will never come back.

They have delivered to my house many times but now they cant unless it’s an extra $10 for an 8km drive, when i told the guy on the phone that they’ve delivered to me many times without extra charging me and that 8kms is a standard delivery range for any pizza place he said “im not making it” and then hung up on me. TERRIBLE service and horrible wait times
We just had the worst food experience from Bella pizza on King Street. We ordered chicken wings and received the entire wings, feathers and all. Absolutely disgusting. My family did have a laugh with the look on my face. That, along with the grey bacon and insane amount of cheese on the pizza, it was gross. Very disappointed. Do not recommend. :(

Tried to order a pizza for pick up a full hour before they closed and they said they weren’t taking orders because they close in an hour. If they’re open, they should take orders. This place went downhill big time! Once a great pizza joint, now a dive. Very disappointing!

The wings and poutines are great. Fried food is pretty tough to get wrong. The pizza is always overcooked on the top and the dough is always raw in the middle. They never answer the phone and frequently tell me they're out of what I want to order. They also don't wear masks, or attend the store front. You can walk in and steal anything/everything and they wouldn't know because they're never in the front area. Stopped bothering with them and advise you all to do the same.
