We have been coming here gor almost 30years.The last few years we have noticed the quality & quantity of the food for the price has gone down.We ordered the Meat Lovers noodles (most of the meats were all fat and uneatable) and the Seafood Pad Thai (the squid smelled rotten and there was barely any shrimp only tofu.) Sasly, we will not go back to this location. We will stick to the Burlington location which is always good.

Bad customer service experience. I was there to pick up my order & when I asked how long it will take, she said it very rudely that you have to wait, even tho I was okay to wait but my question was only regarding approximate time wait. This is ridiculous & I wonder how come they have such associates working.

The lady with black mask that taking orders was offensive. She called me names infront of customers to make them laugh and I let it go then she did it again. I don’t appreciate being degraded infront of people to make them laugh in my expense.

There was so little meat in the extra large rare beef soup. I’ve gotten smalls at other places that had more meat. For the price I’d expect more. There was also an odd sewer smell in the air by our table. Service was good. This was a first time at this location and I won’t be rushing back.
