Was gonna say “the wraps they sell are too small to be charging $10” until I saw the calorie intake on them. 390 calories for a small $10 wrap? Thats such a score after a tough work out. Also tried their lemon berry smoothie and it was absolutely phenomenal. Staff is always so kind and quick. Love this place. Keep it up <3

The person who was serving us today (feb 28, 8am) was extremely miserable and had a bad attitude towards us. Me and my 2 sisters were in the store with another customer who seemed to know the worker. The ladys use of language towards us seemed very hostile ex “is that it?” and grabbed the receipt and slammed it into the table. However, she only gave this attitude towards us and was so welcoming to the other customer who she knew. Please hire better people, we will not be returning

For the second time, we've gone in and been served by the same employee. Today (12 Feb) at 1:45pm we were the only patrons in the store and the woman serving us was outwardly miserable. She was visibly impatient and condescending when we had some questions about options for the drinks.Customer Service is not an easy job but this is twice she has treated us this way with no reason. It's unprofessional and unacceptable ; It's not like we came in hostile.I cancelled our order on the spot and will not be returning to this location

My family and I had an extremely uncomfortable experience here on Dec 27 around 11:30am. The woman working was clearly miserable with her job. She was rude from the moment we walked into the store. Throughout the short time we were in the store she was huffing and puffing, slamming around the equipment, she was impatient while we ordered (only four of us yet would bark out the total multiple times before the group completed the order) and slammed our drinks down when they were complete then stormed off to the back without saying a word. I typically have a lot of empathy for individuals working in these types of roles knowing from experience that it is a challenging task however this behaviour was shocking and unwarranted.

Asian guy who works here was extremely rude and disrespectful. Mad we wanted to modify a drink and also clearly annoyed my wife couldn’t remember the name of a drink, proceeded to mock her once he made it and left it on the counter. You start mocking a man’s wife over something like this just shows the level of disrespect you have for people.

Bad employee, I was very satisfied with the previous times I came, but today is different. I think this store changes staff constantly, because every week I come here is a new employee. Therefore, new employees hardly know all the recipes. I have no complaint about they are slow or need to remember all the recipes, but the service must be good. Like today, a white guy with curly brown hair staff, I don’t know his name and I never seen him before. So, I don't know if he discriminate me or what, but the way he serves is so terrible. The thing is that I come first, after me are 2 ladies, then other lady go alone. So the staff was blending for the last lady first, then 2 ladies after me and then mine, even though I waited almost half an hour. He didn’t say anything except “sorry for waiting”. Okay, you better serve who come first not who come last!!! Or at least give me a good reason why I have to wait half an hour for only 2 drinks! … terrible staff terrible service!

Sadly I feel that all the drinks are is juice and not smoothies the texture is off and doesn't last on long walks which I quite enjoyed, hehe same with my daughter. however there's always room for improvement.
