The food was exceptional I had the grilled chicken sandwich combo it was huge.The French fries were hand cut fresh not frozen it was a large portion and were very good.my boyfriend had a burger combo called the machine he said it was so good and it was a big portion of fries and the burger was huge also.we would definitely come back again the owner and employees were very friendly we visited the one in Niagra falls Canada Clifton hill area. definitely 5 stars
My buddy and I went here the other day and it was his first time eating at Burger Factory and my 3rd. This place is a lot nicer and cleaner than the Niagara Falls location. The place is well lit, clean, not falling apart or in any disrepair. The washrooms were clean and well stocked and even the cooking area looked well organized and clean.
