Your restaurant was closed on Tuesday but your website said it was open-seven people were disappointed. What a shame went to a burger joint -it was a birthday celebration

Got the Fettuccini alfredo, garlic bread with cheese and carbonara. Fettuccini alfredo was almost inedible it tasted so bad. Honestly the worst meals we have had. May as well have saved the money and got a frozen meal instead. East side marios is eons better. Should not have been such bad quality for such a high price.

A really nice family owned restaurant to have a family dinner. The atmosphere is lovely and even though we avoid places with bars, the ambiance made dining a good experience. The staff had good recommendations and made us feel so welcome that we will definitely visit again. Made for an amazing night out. Loved the music in the background.

I have been enjoying Capri for years. After telling our friends how awesome it is, I arranged a dinner there for 6 people. 2 ordered lasagna. It was cut up pieces of pasta with chunks of meat in a watery sauce . The calamari was hard. I won't go on about the other meals but needless to say we were disappointed. I'm not sure what changed in the kitchen, but it's not for the better. I will say the server was busy and worked hard.

I went with my friends for one of their birthdays and Capri Family Restaurant did not disappoint. We ordered the calamari, the carbonara spaghetti, margarita pizza, and lasagna. The server was extremely polite and even gave me free refills for my drink. Overall amazing food service and environment.

If someone places an order on a food app, why wouldn't you give them the side that they paid for an upgrade on? Beware... on Door Dash you have the option for BOTH salad and pasta. I paid for the upgrade to rose sauce and instead only got the garden salad. I was told by the restaurant that you don't get both, you only get one. Okay fine... but why didn't you give me the one that I paid for the upgrade on? Also, the receipt clearly shows both so why wouldn't you honour that? I paid $27 (plus fees and tip) for a piece of chicken and some iceberg lettuce.

Our party of three booked a reservation four days in advance for 5:30 on Sat, Oct 28th. When we arrived other larger groups were arriving as well. After we gave our name for the reservation we continued to wait for an additional 20 minutes at the entrance. The restaurant was quite busy. After we were seated we only received a meal menu but no drink menu. Within 10 minutes we had placed our order. Shrimp with white wine, veal parmigiana, gnocchi. We waited until 7:00 for our food to arrive, in that time a larger group who were seated at roughly the same time as us had received drinks prior to their meal, received their meal and had their bill in hand before our table got anything. A table across from us with a size of six or so was seated about ten minutes after us also received their food and drinks before us, a waitress approached our table and said that she would check on our food that was at 6:30, we continued to wait an additional half hour until seven before our food arrived. We were never offered a drink menu, we were never offered an appetizer while we waited or a complimentary anything for this unusually long wait. When the food arrived we explained that we would like the bill in advance since we had a prior engagement. We ate our food in about 10 minutes because we had to leave. The food was ok nothing amazing, the portion size was small and i was left hungry after the meal. The bill came to $93.60. We chose Capri because we have had good experiences there in the past about four or five years ago but the old Capri is gone not sure what happened maybe the pandemic? On our night we counted at least 9 people in the kitchen with three wait staff, two women and one man. The atmosphere looked disheveled with lots of skip the dishes and Uber eats drivers coming and going. The wait staff was clearly overwhelmed and were literally running back and forth. In the end our experience was terrible and we will not be returning to Capri.

My mom used to get the Canoloni while she was in hospital always loved it nice portion. She ordered today and it was one roll cut into 3. One freaking roll. For 20 dollars. Absolutely embarrassing to charge 20 dollars for that tiny portion of food. Most places its 2 or 3 rolls atleast. One roll cut into 3 little pieces? Really really bad. Will never order from here again.

We went for lunch after a meeting down the street. We saw it online in the Google Search for places nearby. We started with garlic bread with cheese. It's like a hotdog bun with grooves to pull into smaller pieces. The cheese on top was barely melted and fell off, the little bit of cheese that was there (not $4 worth!). My teenage daughter had the chicken parm with ceaser salad. The bacon in the salad was so burnt they could eat it, and they do anything for bacon. They are usually not too picky but couldn't finish the chicken, they said it tasted "weird". I can't eat tomato anything, and they subbed Alfredo on mine. It was very thick... Never had the dish before, don't remember the name, pasta with rice and cheese inside. My knife couldn't cut through it, and with the very thick sauce, it was hard to tell dish from sauce. It wasn't horrible but nothing special either. For 2 small plates, 2 child size drinks and the hotdog bun garlic bread it was basically $80. Not worth it.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a BIG step at the front of the building. Careful going in and out!

EAST SIDE MARIOS IS BETTER THAN THIS…$30 for watery rigatoni and soggy breaded chicken and they didn’t include the salad I selected.Absolutely no flavour whatsoever. So very disappointing and overpriced. It’s not even edible it’s so

I ordered the cannelloni today. I haven't had it for a few years. It was 19.95 plus tax tip, Uber fees and it's was salty there was no tomato sauce and noodles were chewy. the portion was way smaller than it used to be. It wouldn't be a child size portion at a regular restaurant. This was not a pleasant experience and I'll never order from them again after being a loyal customer for 20 plus years
