The smell of the washrooms permeated throughout the entire space and absolutely ruined the experience. We were excited to dine at this location one last time and were extremely let down. They were out of many many things and blamed the impending closure. Service was friendly but slow and inefficient.

I cannot recommend this place enough. It was amazing! I went with my girlfriends last night for my birthday and we had the best experience. The service was top notch. Best accommodating to us and attentive. So friendly and lovely. I haven’t had an experience with service like that ever. It blew me away. And the food was incredible wow! I can’t wait to go back.We had the calamari the mussels the pizza and gnocchi and burrata. Also a few of the cocktails and wow we were so blown away. Thank you for an amazing birthday dinner.

I went here for my birthday last night with a group of friends. And WOW they blew me away. The service was the best service I've ever had at a restaurant. Friendly and attentive. I loved the whole experience. The environment is amazing and the food is incredible. We had the burrata the mussels the calamari the pizza the gnocchi everything was incredible. Also had the drinks and we loved it! I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

This was not a big place but was cozy enough and felt welcoming. The food was good and had a rustic feel rather than fine dining. Some of the proportions were big. The service was excellent and the facilities were very good. Overall a nice experience.

Lovely as always. Our server was great. I think her name was Monica. Food was fantastic. The bartender was a little overwhelmed and only one person in our party received their drink at first, then the food arrived, then the other two drinks came. Not a huge deal, just may want a little more bar support on busy evenings. We were never left wondering where our drinks were(ie/our server made sure to communicate the bar was behind, which is appreciated!) Overall Castelli's continues to be one of my favourite spots in Hamilton.

Loved everything about it.Great atmosphere, great service.One thing we didn't like was the pizza, was slightly burnt and kinda hard, wasn't soft like it usually is. I personally had the Pappardelle al Ragù, and it was amazing! So I highly suggest to try that one!

Unfortunately heating was not working on a cold night and waitress was forgetful and had to be reminded. Considering we were cold throughout they should have thrown in something free (maybe the one dessert), but they didn't, Food was good but too salty.

Pasta abd pizza were very good. The menu was short. The wine overpriced. The reservation system was horrible. This restaurant will charge your credit card $25 per person if you cancel within 24 hours. Other restaurants simply hold the table for 15 minutes and then release it if you are a no show. They're system cannot be modified after a booking. They suggest you contact the restaurant directly. The problem is no one us at the restaurant to take the call.

This place came highly recommended and did not disappoint. We had the veal and Buccatini. Then Sicilian cannoli to share for dessert. Delicious! All portions were generous as well.

Server was incredibly kind and great with recommendations. My top choices: this handmade pasta filled with ricotta and mushrooms (don’t even see it there anymore) and the nodini!

Delicious Pasta & Pizza in a quaint setting on a Saturday evening. Warm & friendly service in the heart of Hamilton. Very authentic and rich flavour of Italy. Highly recommended!

Nice Italian spot, tiny but has lots of tables. Food tastes great and authentic. A bit noisy overall but worth it. Best part is that you can see the (beautiful) pizza oven in action from your table.
