The re opened Cat n FiddleGreat food! Awesome cook.Much more spacious. Bands have more room in the Live Room to set up n play!Come on out to the Cat!@ John & AugustaHamilton, Ontario.Parking: Warning Do not park directly across the street from the side entrance on Augusta at John Street. There is signage saying no parking from the corner to where the metal pole is stating so. It is an $80.00 fine if caught. That 80 bucks is better spent at the Cat where you will enjoy yourself knowing it is better spent!

Kind of a quiet hole in the wall. The food was good although I wasn't 100% sold on the burger, the fries were really good, and the jalapeno poppers were great. Service was great on a very quiet Wednesday lunch hour. The atmosphere needed a bit of work but again it was lunch on a Wednesday. Seems like a great place to drink a few hours away. Paid parking on the street but you may want to take an Uber.

My most recent experience here was on new years eve so normally the atmosphere would be better. They used to have live jazz played on Wednesdays but iunno if they still do that but I used to go every wednesday after work. Probably the most inexpensive place on Agusta st.

Came here with a gaggle of friends and enjoyed my time thoroughly. Staff were friendly, and it was a nice chill place to sit and talk over some pub food. I ordered a chicken quesadilla, and to me it was a little bland (kinda felt like it was missing something, maybe cilantro but I understand people hate it lol), but for pub food I wasn't expecting too much, and it didn't spoil the mood at all. All good vibes. All in all it's a good place to go hang out and have some nibbles.

Was the best pub in Augusta. Now it's this ugly, black walls, sparsely decorated shell. The TV screens behind the bar scream dive bar, which it isnt, so why try be one, and to make it worse they added fake green ceiling at the bar. Shame. Used to be cozy and atmospheric , now its just ...meh. They should change the name so that the original Cat N Fiddle doesn't get tarred by the same brush as this mess
