The workers are really nice, just the food was quite underwhelming. We also had almost double our wait time, going from 25 mins to just under 50 mins. The website has a lot of issues for ordering too, and ran quite slow. Noce to have open late
I went to pick up my order at the time it told me on the receipt but had to wait like 20 minutes extra. They said it would be 5 more minutes so I said I'll come back and when I tried to pick up my order again they told me it would be another 10 minutes. The staff were nice though. The sushi just wasn't the best.

it literally took this terrible restaurant 1.5 hours to prepare my order on Uber till my driver could even pick it up. Their phone number was off and voicemail not activated. Worst place ever. I hope this spot goes out of business and the owner gets outed by everyone in the city.The store just added their review justifying the time it took.. But the delay was my the food being ready no from the driver picking it up. It literally took them 1.5 hours to roll 3 sushi rolls.

I wouldn’t order here. I didn’t get anything I asked for with my order and then I called to ask for it and why it wasn’t in my order or sides that I asked for and paid for and I didn’t even get chopsticks at the least lol I called and he just hangs up and says oh okay. And is silent Customer service is horrible. I used to order from here but it kept getting worse…And they never answer the phone so if you’re the owner reading this. I don’t know how your still opened as a restaurant.
Don’t eat here, trust me every poor review written is true. Do not listen to the five star reviews. The service is horrible and I wasn’t even able to stomach half of the meal I got. Please just don’t eat here.

Me and my wife are crazy for sushi and we normally do august 8. We’ve always gone there for years and we decided to try Charlie’s chopsticks & by far it’s 1000 times better then august 8 and the atmosphere and explaining to us about food and all that as well and I’ll get some of the other options are and giving a suggestions I would recommend this place 100% for anybody to come here for sushi for any other food that people are truly amazing here.

very bad Sushi because you order as a menu the picture looks very nice But in fact they give you only half of the sushi and it is not tasty at all very small tasteless and very expensive I do not recommend this establishment
