Charred is honestly one of the best restaurants in Hamilton. Their brisket sandwich, piri piri sauce, Caesar salad and poutine all taste amazing. The owner personally came to greet us and made sure we enjoyed our meals. I cant recommend this place enough. If you’re ever in Hamilton check out Charred!If you order delivery or catering they deliver on time every time

Finally tried this place and wow was I disappointed! Tried the mix platter and for the price and being a rotisserie house I was very surprised to receive a tiny bone-in chicken breast that was cold! The brisket was actually good and tender but not enough to be a saving grace, the shoestring fries were soggy and cold, the slaw was meh, our server came to our table once to take the order and never saw her again until they give us the cheque, terrible service. My girlfriend had the chicken sandwich with potatoes, the potatoes were also cold. $86 with tip! What a rip-off and never ever again! ⭐

We were there with a group of about 18 people. The service was very efficient and friendly. We were not rushed at all. The leg and thigh chicken was very good. I heard the white meat pieces were dry. The spicy piri piri sauce was indeed spicy but delicious....especially on the roasted potatoes ? very casual atmosphere.

We want to express how happy we are with Charred. We often order dinner from Charred when the family gets together. Delivery to Dundas is quick and everything arrives hot.The last several times the whole chicken dinners with sides have been presented to us in large containers (buffet style) which makes it so easy to serve to the family. And I think I mentioned it arrived hot! Fantastic!!The chicken so juicy and tasty, roasted potatoes with so much flavour and the rice is superb. Garden salad is so fresh. And can not rave enough on how good the piri piri sauce tastes. Last night we invited the family over for take out, the first thing they asked is it going to be from from Charred?When we said yes, extreme delight!!!Once again we were so pleased on how good everything tasted. The atmosphere was perfect for a sit down meal and talk with friends while good music is being played. The server was attentive and the food 10/10. Got the whole chicken meal with 3 sides for 3 people and came home with leftovers. Definitely recommend it and will be back!
