We swung by last minute to try something on the west end. Ordered cauliflower poutine, paneer Tikka Kathi roll, gol gappe, protein bowl with all the meat options and fish pakora. Everything tasted great, was flavourful and very filling. The manager, working by herself, was pleasant and kept the orders moving with great efficiency especially after the rush following our arrival. Would definitely recommend

This was my second visit to this location. It was after 3pm and surprisingly empty so I figured I got lucky and got in before the dinner hour rush. When I walked in, the employees behind the counter were doing something with some of the equipment near the back - I don’t know if they were fixing something or cleaning it. Anyway, after more than five minutes waiting awkwardly nearly the counter without being greeted, one of the staff finally noticed I was there.I ordered a single samosa and asked if it was possible to order a side dish of rice as well. I didn’t see it on the menu but figured for an Indian restaurant, it shouldn’t be a problem. I was told my only option was to pay $13 for a container of basmati rice. It wasn’t clearly marked on the menu so I’m guessing the employee charged me for a rice bowl (the most expensive one?) and just filled it with rice without any of the protein/toppings that justify that price tag.I was a bit frustrated by this point and agreed so I could get my order and leave. $13 for a small container of rice; surely there has to be better options than that? The samosa pastry was good if slightly overcooked (edges were extremely crispy and tasted almost burnt). The rice was fine but what I was charged made zero sense. I doubt I’ll be returning to this location after this experience.

Don’t even try the pani puri, complete waste of money and it’s waayyy too expensive. The samosa chat is good. I liked the gobi Manchuria. Chai was the worst. The pricing is only for the ambience and the location. The taste is not worth it. You can still go for a good time and snacking. I really liked the interior design.

Hi, went to the chaska. Today in the mrng and i ordered butter chicken( overpriced ) and a garlic naan ( overpriced). And there taste wasn’t even up to the mark. I would request the team to use some more efforts to enhance the flavour for food item.

Proportion of the food does not match the price of it... sure they say that they use "high tier ingredients", but when most of the food is either filled up with yogurt or rice that is apparently "high ingredients" in their books LOL.

Be careful, they might scam you. They accepted my order on uber even though they didn’t have the items. Then proceeded to charge me full price even though the order was canceled. Incredibly poor service. They said that they “don’t know” how to refund. Even though uber support supported confirmed that the business needs to refund and they can’t do anything from their side.
