Hard to believe pathetic restaurants like this exist. Pay $15 bucks and served meat straight from the refrigerator. Also I get to see the guy’s attitude and condescending behavior.A local gas station serves better take out with more respect and dignity.

A Bury
We just placed an order for over $160 and when it arrived the order was incorrect. Upon contacting the restaurant to advise of the error we were advised that they would not be correcting the order and the owner refused to acknowledge that an error was made on his behalf. He was extremely rude and dismissive. We were treated very disrespectfully despite being repeat customers and were told that it was "fine" if we did not return in the future. What could have been an easy resolution resulted in an extremely dissatisfied and insulted customer that will not be ordering from them again. Extremely rude and absolutely terrible customer service. Would NOT recommend ordering from China Palace. Spend your money and be treated with respect and gratitude for your business elsewhere.

My daughter placed a 162 dollar order and upon getting our order the order was wrong. We were there when she ordered and told him that but he was very rude and said no and wouldn’t hear anything she had to say. This is our hard earned money . You would think that if it was your business you would want to rectify the situation. He was downright rude and we will never order there again.
