Amazing ice cream with so many topping choices. The beverages and the truffles are also amazing. Would have been better hadtheir been more seating options but we work with what we have and its just beautiful. Also i like the fact that they have different icecream topping mixes already ready for you t o pick from if you are unsure.Parking: Street parking or paid lot parking

Original review below:New review:Couldn’t be happier that this establishment is under new management. From the greeting to grazing to eating, the whole experience was a complete 180 from my last experience. Only reason I gave it a second chance was due to new ownership and couldn’t be more pleased. Give them a try if you’re in Hamilton visiting or looking for sweets.Original review here:Cashier was short and more interested in talking about "queso's" than providing customer service. Fail on this shop as I find the atmosphere to be pretentious.

Hot chocolate to die for!

bonnie

I was a disappointed with the amount of chocolate serounding my peanut butter cups and oreo cookies. The chocolate was wafer thin especially with the peanut butter cup. It was like eating a tablespoon of peanut butter. For the cost of two I could have purchased a large jar of peanut butter.

Been coming here for years and the quality has been getting worse. The staff is always very friendly but the prices are too expensive for dollar store chocolate. Went for ice cream in the summer, was charged $8 for a small vanilla cone. Ridiculous!

Truffles are way too sweet and not smooth creamy inside. I did not get greeted and there was no help. There were 3 people behind the counter and I was the only customer !!! 4th was working in a computer. Not worth $10 for 4 sweet truffles. Do not

Best chocolate in Hamilton! Please do yourself a favor and try their dark hot chocolate!!! Every single time k go in the staff has been so so nice! I’ve definitely had some flavors/types that I really didn’t like—but it all comes down to personal preference. They have so much variety that there’s definitely something there for everyone to enjoy!!
