Truffle pasta was very good. Pizza has the right chew and very tasty. Service was great. Was a tad pricey.

Me and my gf had a late Valentine’s Day and it was amazing. Food was delicious and it came out super quick. Really nice staff. Lighting was inconsistent and the music was too loud, but otherwise great.

We loved our experience with Cima in the past. However, in our most recent order, our pizzas were entirely burnt and simply inedible. This was quite disappointing. When we tried to call the restaurant to address the issue, the line was constantly busy.

We were looking forward to our dinner here but ended up very disappointed. The restaurant looks great, and the service was excellent but the food let us down. We started with roasted garlic and rosemary focaccia. For some reason the toppings were mixed into a sticky, viscous goo on top of the (otherwise nice) bread, making it unpleasant to pick up and quite unappealing to eat. For entrees, we had the cacio e pepe pasta and a pepperoni pizza. Both were well executed except for being quite oversalted. At first I thought it was just natural salt from the cheese in the pasta, but by the end of the dish I was pouring extra glasses of water. The pizza was genuinely difficult to eat -- both the pepperoni and the crust were grossly salty. The pepperoni also released a lot of grease; my partner poured what looked like at least a tablespoon of it off his first (and only) slice. We probably should have said something but weren't in the mood to make a fuss so we just settled up and threw out the leftovers when we got home. I can see that other reviews are very positive so maybe it was just an off night, but we're not inclined to return.

The food here is soooo good!!! It's been 4 days since I had their pizza and im still thinking about it. The pizza dough was literally perfect. The best pizza i've had in Hamilton. The spaghetti al pomodoro was also remarkable. The service was fast and the place had a nice intimate vibe to it. Will be returning!!!

Really impressive. Went with family, we ate a radicchio salad, fried artichokes, grilled calamari to start. Mains were a mix of pizza and the specials.Specials were incredible. The shell pasta with ragu, that cream sauce and some nuts (Conchiglie con Ragu di Maiale), was one of the best pasta dishes I’ve had on the planet. Fried artichokes could have been served by the dump truck and they wouldn’t have gone to waste. Grilled calamari was good, radicchio salad had a nice vinaigrette that balanced it all out.I’ve had a lot of Italian around Hamilton and this is among the very best. It’s not apples to apples at all, but if you love Born and Raised and Rapscallion you will love this place. We’re blessed with tons of good pizza so I would say go for other items on the menu. Might be heresy as their pizza oven is so beautiful it almost commands respect and wants you to order from it. I can’t wait to go back.Uhhh what else - service was fantastic, solid prices, Peroni on tap, hilariously large pepper mill, and even while packed to the gills you could hear your partner speak. I can’t ask for more.Oh get the Bombolone, if you offer someone a bite get ready to fight them for the rest.

Atmosphere was great on the evening of 01/20 but the chef was visibly having a bad night..there were multiple events of large throwing pans/pincers around in frustration. It was entertaining at first but after the 4th time it really was just annoying and unprofessional.Cacio e pepe was undercooked & the bolognese was bland & flavlorless. After watching the chef work, how could it be anything else.Service was excellent though ??

I recently dined at this Italian gem on Locke Street, and the experience was delightful. The server's excellent hospitality added a special touch to the evening. The standout dishes included a Caesar salad very flavourful &fresh and the Tagliatelle al Tartufo, a pasta that I never wanted to end, it was so good! The wine selection was impressive, and the Aperol Spritz was truly divine. The restaurant's chic atmosphere sets the stage for a perfect date night or an enjoyable evening with friends. I've returned multiple times, and the quality never changes, making it a reliable go to for a fantastic Italian dining experience. 100% recommended!

Lorie and I dropped in for a drink and app we got espresso martinis and the artichoke dish. The bartender Kaya was so sweet!! She suggested a touch of cinnamon in our drinks and it took it to the next level. Food was good but a bit pricey for a plate. We had a great time otherwise! Kaya you're a star.Love and peace,Noor and Lorie <3
