They won best cheese pizza in the world

Like others have said, not sure what any of the hype is about for a flavourless, burnt pizza that is overpriced and served with a side of attitude...Fortino's pizza is better, Chicago Style is way way better and Oggi's in Grimsby is best of taste and value...I never mind overspending on quality but this place missed all the marks

Rude staff, too good because they think they will have this service forever. Pizza is Garbage. Not sure what all the hype is about ??‍♂️

Its pizza and definitely not the best and expensive. Try willy's in ottawa, blows these away. Reminded me off pizza pizza.

Opens at 3pm, I came at 4pm and they were sold out for the entire day. Not the correct way to operate a business

I liked the service and the atmosphere of the restaurant while I waited however the pizza was so disappointing. I order a large cowabunga pizza and a slice of the 1UP. The pizza came out burnt, the whole bottom was black and inedible. I was extremely disappointed as the slice I had got was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Spending $40 on a burnt pizza is crazy. Make sure you double check your order if you’re ordering out!!

After traveling a long distance to reach this location, we were disappointed by the rude behavior of the lady who answered the phone. It seems she could benefit from customer service training. Despite our love for this place, her attitude makes us reconsider returning in the future.

If you want to try this pizza ? call to PRE-ORDER the day before otherwise it will 100% be sold out.My Review:I ordered a medium cheese pizza, and medium pepperoni pizza, they were good but overpriced (over $50 after tax for 2 mediums) it was good but not the best pizza I've ever tried, if I'm being honest, no one else in the house was blown away either. So if you're looking for an honest review here it is >> it was just good nothing special, certainly not "the best pizza in the world" (4 out of 4 people in my house said it was just "okay"??‍♀️ wouldn't even make our top 3 list locally) after having to preorder in advance for a pizza and booking a time slot to pick it up my expectations were pretty high. It was worth a try but overpriced for what it was ?If you want to try for yourself make sure you ask to pre-order when you call because when I called to order no one let me know they took pre-orders until like the fifth time I tried to order (I was just told they were sold out everytime I called until the fifth time when they said I could actually pre-order ?) but atleast I will save YOU the time and let you know now lol also parking is pretty sparse so you'll likely need to park nearby and walk over.

It’s full, need to book it but it’s really worth it. Got the cheese and the Canadian ones and super crunchy and tasty.Parking: Need to park on the parking lot in front of, but the other side of the street.

Had a very poor experience with this restaurant. Walked in at 3pm today (sunday) cashier said she could not accommodate a takeout order as they did not make enough dough. Wouldn’t waste my time again driving from Barrie

Pizza was delicious as always but pretty disappointed that they didn't have garlic knots or waffle fries available on a Saturday night

I am really sad to have to write this review. We’re human beings running businesses, mistakes can happen, bad days can happen. However, how we rectify things when those mistakes happen is what says it all.I tried ordering from these guys for a few weeks, finally called advanced in time enough to get an order. (Please note I’ve also been supporting them since 2020. I know their pizza is tasty.)I left my 6 week old baby at home with her father, picked up my son from school, and drove from Ancaster excitedly to pick up my order of two pizzas which ended up costing over $50.Came home with the surprise for the family, to find my son start choke coughing after his second bite of the truffle pizza. He said it was spicy.Upon looking closer after I myself started coughing from unexpected spice, I could see red tiny flakes mixed into the cheese. Could have been cayenne pepper from the look.I must have gotten someone else’s special request. Or a mistake with whoever made it.I called the store immediately. Ultimately after numerous different calls to try and see if they have enough dough to fix this situation, I tried to contact them on Instagram as I’ve communicated with them with success on there before. I knew that likely would mean I wouldn’t receive an answer immediately. I trusted my messages would be replied to, and some sort of solution could be achieved. It’s now a week later. My messages have been read a week ago, and care for a response of any kind.My son and I couldn’t have that for dinner. I had to make him something else on a whim. Definitely not worth $50-+.Im part of the community that rallied around them when they first opened and posted about them on my instagram giving rave reviews. Sad it’s ended up like this.

The pizza was good but the service, not so much! I found it incredibly expensive for what we got. The dips were good but so small for $2.50!!! We were honestly pretty disappointed :(
