This place has a nice vibe, but unfortunately the burger was just OK, and it tastes slightly overcooked for me. The fries were the most soggy fries that I have ever had. Definitely not worth its current rating of 4.7 stars.

One of the best smash burgers I’ve ever had. Hidden hole in the wall with great food and friendly staff. Definitely worth the drive if you’re not from the area. The burgers are massive and if you still have room for sides, the portions for the onion rings and fries are very generous as well. 100% would recommend giving it a try!!

Good burger, I had the double which was a more filling forsure. Frys are fresh cut and yummy.

Haven’t been here in a few years, always enjoyed their burgers. On this particular day 11/01/2023 about 3:30 P.M. there was nobody inside? Usually quite busy, we ordered (2) regular burgers plus one French fry and two pops. Burgers were OK, kind of disappointing (they used to charobroil) their burgers. Now they cook them on a flat skillet like type way of cooking them. (Essentially frying them)? They were not the same as previous days, the fries were good, kinda of on the small side, perfectly salted, crisp and crunchy (they were not greasy) the pops were ice cold. The rates were in line with other burger places, if not cheaper. Total bill came to $21.56 for everything, was looking for that charcobroil taste. The meat was tasty and real hamburger, potatoes were russets I believe. Like I said was kind of disappointed, just because of the changing of cooking methods from before.

Burgers were “ok”. Paid around 20 bucks (plus an extra fee for using a credit card?) for two tiny burgers. Walked in and was struggling with what to order from the oddly laid out chalkboard with the menu on it.Instead of helping me out with what to order the girl at the counter seemed annoyed by it and because I didn’t state what toppings I wanted immediately she just said “so you want nothing on the burger”. Place was empty so it’s not like there was a big rush and she could have been more accommodating.Floors were weirdly slippery. I love unique burger places and really wanted to love this place from the reviews but was sadly disappointed.

I had the bacon cheeseburger and thoroughly enjoyed it. The fries and San Pellegrino went well with it. I'll be back again.Well, came back 5 years later and enjoyed the bacon cheeseburger again. The music was pretty loud, which made dining in a little interesting, but it was Friday night. I'll be back again, hopefully sooner than another 5 years.Parking: It's near McMaster, so parking on the street is the only option, and it can sometimes be difficult to find a spot.

An excellent burger and better fries servies in a hole-in-the-wall store front. Fresh ingredients make the difference in what they serve here. The counter staff and chef are friendly and clearly care about what they serve. I'll come back next time I'm in town; in the meantime, I'll pine for this place.

Negligent, careless staff. Experience further soured by an incompetent manager who was unwilling to satisfactorily resolve a serious error on the restaurant’s part. On top of all this, the restaurant is absolutely filthy. Will not return.

Great burgers, friendly staff, but it's literally a hole in the wall place, so don't expect a lot of ambiance. There are picnic tables outside and some seating inside, but grab your delicious burgers to go.
